I ordered a magic mat from thunder labs in December 2019. I have yet to receive my product after countless unanswered emails.
I ordered a magic door mat from thunder Corp on December 30th 2019 I followed up with the company via email on 1-27 and they responded on 1-31 indicating it would be four to six weeks. I then followed up with a company again on 3-19 to see where my product was. They then responded on 3-23 blaming covid-19. I have been followed up with a company on 4-28, 5-20, 6-16 and today; all with no response. I want a refund of my original charge for $45.08.

I ordered from Thunder Shop out of Los Angeles, CA on January 28, 2020 using my debit card from my personal checking.

I attempted NUMEROUSLY to get a response or a refund with no response. Absolutely NO communication and NEVER did receive this product.

Orders never received. Contacted company 3/29/20 for refund; response received same day apologizing and requesting a week to sort it out. Never heard back, never received refund. Thunder Labs basically stole my money.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. This business cannot be trusted to deliver the products they advertise.

Thunder Shop, CA order # XXXXX received $67.78 on 12/15/2019 for 2 rug mats. I have not received them yet as of 6/26/2020. I emailed to asking if I could get my rug mats sent to me. Everytime they responded: Thank you for your purchase! Hi ***, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. NOTHING COMES. I emailed them at else 4 times. Now I found out they took they website down. In each email I asked for rugs or refund. Nothing yet. Cannot find phone number.

I ordered 2 of this companies space saver spice racks in early January 2020. It stated 4-6 weeks for delivery & by end of March 2020 I had not received my order. I emailed them & was told they were having issues due to the shut down from Covid-19. I should have had my order weeks before that happened. I asked them for a refund & was told they don't issue refunds. It is now July 2020 & I have emailed them quite a few times with no response. I still have not received my order. I believe this company is a scam. They are fraudulent & thieves!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I've been emailing them continuously since February and was actually receiving responses but refusal to refund my money. Last 2-3 times no response and their store has been removed! Ordered 2 face masks in February 2020. Have contacted thunder labs 3 times. The response require you to check shipping stats, which just loops.
I have 180 days from order paid with PayPal and have opened a complaint with them with no response. Ordered in February 2020, so need to complete complaint within 10 days. Today is June 22, 2020. How can this be resolved with expediency ?

I purchased 2 Smart Ear Cleaners from Thunder Labs on 1/8/2020 (order #XXXXX). I was charged *** alone for shipping for product I have yet to receive and I have not had any further correspondence back from the business since 2/21/2020 when all they provided was an apology. I asked for a refund multiple times in the absence of getting the product delivered and was never granted a refund. As far as I can tell, this company is a scam since I've never had these kinds of issues with many other online retailers.

They (ThunderShop) sent an email to the acct listed above telling me that my order # was XXXXX and they confirmed the order as well as they acknowledged that they had received full payment from me and my order would be promptly shipped to the address listed above.
I was told that I'd receive my order w/in 7 to 10 business days. It is now going on day 108, and I have yet to receive the item I purchased, nor will the Co (ThunderShop) return any of the 6 emails or 2 hard copy letters I sent via USPS.

I no longer want the item. After everything I've read about this Co. (ThunderShop)...I believe that any item from them would either be of low grade quality or just flat out not work. Said item might even end up doing more harm than good.

I purchased an item 4 months ago and have not received it. My credit card has been charged, but the website is gone & company is not responsive.
I purchased a dog bed on February 24, 2020 for *** with a credit card (Order Number XXXXXX). I received an email confirmation that day from *** saying that I would be notified when my order was shipped. I have not received another update since then. I've replied to the email multiple times asking for an update (and to *** thinking it was a typo), but have not received a response. Both emails come back as undeliverable. There are links in the original purchase confirmation email to either "View Your Order" or "Visit Our Store" and both have since been disabled.

I would accept the item I had purchased, but I don't believe it exists at this point. A full refund would also be acceptable.

I ordered an item from ThunderLabs on Jan.8, 2020 and never received the item. They accepted payment from my credit card on Jan 8, 2020.
I ordered a spice shelf from Thunder labs on Jan. 8, 2020. My order # was 48193. They accepted a $40.00 payment through my credit card but I have never received the item and I can not contact them.

I ordered a spice rack from Thunder Labs on January 8, 2020. As of June 11, 2020 I still have not received what I ordered.
I purchased a spice rack for a total of *** on January 8, 2020 - order #XXXXX. On January 16 I emailed customer service, as I had not received the product or any notification of shipment. On January 26 I received the following response:

"We apologize that your products are taking too long to be in your hands. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. We are doing our best here to make sure you'll receive your goods as soon as possible.

We apologize for the delay to receive your order and we understand that you paid for expediting shipping.
I just refunded the shipping cost amount in full. You should receive an email soon with the receipt."

I did indeed receive the refund for the shipping in the amount of *** However by January 31, I still had not received the product or any shipping notification, so I emailed again. On February 6 I received the same form response as their last email. I continued to wait.

I'm March 17 I still had not received the product or shipping notification so emailed again, this time asking for a refund, and received the following response on March 21:

" We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are experiencing some technical difficulties and delays in shipment. However, we are working our best to correct the situation. Since the issue with the virus is out of our control, we ask for your patience."

Again I waited. On April 18 I emailed again and this time received no response. As of June 11, 2020 I still have not received the product that I ordered in January 8, 2020, and they are no longer responding to emails. I see now that others have also had this problem with this company. I would appreciate help in resolving this matter. I don't care if I get the product at this point, but I do want a refund. Thank you.
