No delivery of Spice Rack (January 6, 2020)
We ordered two (2) Adjustable Spice Racks from Thunder Labs on January 6, 2020. We paid $68.30 for the item and the amount cleared out USbank account on January 7, 2020. It is now May 21, 2020 and they have not delivered what we paid for.
I've been in communication with the company; however, they have not responded since Monday, March 23, 2020 6:40 PM Central Time... I've asked them to refund our money several times...

Desired Outcome

We would like a 100% refund of the $68.30 we spent for the undelivered items.

Ordered 3 N95 masks on 2/26. My credit card was charged but I never received them.
I tried emailing the company twice, and never got a reply.
I also tried calling, but the phone number rings a fast busy signal.

I paid for a portable piano and never received it. I have sent five emails and there has been no response. I believe the the reality was it is a scam.

My credit card charged in February 2020 for 2 N95 Masks and never received them.

My Order was placed online on 3/8/20 & my card was charged. I have submitted a request for order status with no response from this company.
Order #XXXXXX was place on 3/8/20 for "The Breathe Premium Mask" quantity. I have confirmed that my credit card was charged and posted on 3/9/20 in the amount of *** I have tried to contact this retailer and still no response. Now the website is down and no longer able to reach anyone.

They take your money and run
Purchased a product for my nephew via an instagram Ad. Never received it after several months. I've followed up several times - 0 response. Nothing at all. The sad thing is that there are countless others on the Instagram feed that have experienced the same exact thing. This company needs to be shutdown. It's illegal, immoral, and unethical.

Ordered two N95 masks on Thunder Shop (by Thunder Labs) online for *** total on 2/26/20. Claimed to have in stock. Never received order or refund.
I ordered two N95 masks online in their online shop after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. Took me to their website where they claimed to have masks in stock. Paid *** for two masks, but have never received them. Send multiple e-mails to Thunder Labs in recent weeks to get order update. They claimed due to Covid-19 that orders were delayed. However, they did mislead me when claiming they had masks in stock when I ordered on February 26th, 2020. I then asked for a refund, because they could not supply me with a shipping date, but they declined referring to their policy not to issue refunds. After more follow-ups, they stopped responding entirely. I have not heard from them since early April. Also, the website is now offline and no longer appears to work *** I am suspecting a scam where they took the money without ever having the intention to deliver the product.

Since I have not received the product more than two months after it was ordered, I would like to get my credit card refunded with the full amount.

I ordered a product from them on 1/29/20. I have sent messages and emails trying to find out where my order is with no resolution
I purchased an adjustable spice rack on 1/29/20, ORDER #XXXXX. I paid via credit card. The total purchase amount was $45.53. I contacted them on multiple occasions via Instagram message and email. On 3/19/20, I sent an email and they replied as below:

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience that we may have caused. Please be patient with us as we are trying to solve the long wait time and get your product to you as soon as possible. We were facing some technical difficulties that is on its way to being resolved. Thank you for your patience, we will work harder to get your product directly to you.

I emailed them 5 times after that, and I have not received any resolution.

Desired Outcome

I really want the spice rack! It looks really cool and I can really use it. Otherwise, I would like my money back. If I can't get either, I want them held publicly accountable.

Ordered two masks. Never delivered. Company is fraudulent. Criminal investigation should result.

Purchased online, never arrived and no refund provided nor any response from the company.
On February 3, 2020 I purchased a NebuLight Order #XXXXX. I purchased through Paypal and never received the product nor a response from the company. I have filed a dispute with PayPal as I am getting no response and feel like this company is just stealing money from people.

Purchased an adjustable space rack on January 7th. I was informed delivery would be 4 to 6 weeks out. I have not received my or a refund.

Thunder Labs, aka thundershop.org advertised face masks and I ordered two on 01MAR2020 for a total of *** The masks never shipped. Website gone.
Thunder Labs, aka thundershop.org advertised face masks and I ordered two on 01MAR2020 for a total of *** I recieved an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged. After 14days I submitted an inquiry since my order still only showed a "confirmed" status. I did so again at 30 and 45 days with no response and now the website and status site return invalid responses.

I placed an order and paid but did not received the item...that was 3 months ago

I ordered from Thunder Labs end of December 2019. Was told would deliver in 4-6 weeks. I inquired at the end of those 6 weeks via email and was told it would be on its way shortly and I would get a tracking number for it. Never received, so inquires once again via email. Asked what the status was and got the same thing. Respectfully asked for a contact number and a person to contact and was told flatly 'no'. I have an email chain of 16 emails back and forth, at this point asking for a refund since it has been 4 months, and am told their policy in no refunds whatsoever. At this point, no one is even answers anymore. Now I understand the virus is affecting a lot of things right now, and this particular product is apparently made in China. Regardless, it was one thing to try to understand that but never get a better answer. And it was only added to when I found out how many other people have had the same issues. I'm afraid I'll never receive the product which I don't need anymore. After waiting so long I found another avenue to go through. And I'm afraid that I will never receive a refund for my $68 either.

On 1/7/2020 I placed an online order for (2) Adjustable Space Racks (advertised on Face Book) and received a confirmation #XXXXX from Thunder Labs. My credit card was charged for $68.38 on the day the order was placed. I have not received the items, nor have I received any communication from this company, other than the order confirmation email. I sent a follow up email to this company on 4/25/2020 and received no reply. I am seeing several complaints online from other people with the same experience. Will a lawsuit be filed against them? Let me know if you are needing a copy of the confirmation email.

I ordered N-95 face masks for my family. I ordered 5 of them and as of this date I have never received them. I spent $113 for all of them!
I ordered these N-95 masks Feb. 25th and have yet to receive them!. In reading the reviews other people have not received their masks either and fear this is a scam. I spent $113 for them to have them to protect my family. I fear that this company is using this pandemic to scam people in obtaining PPE. I saw this company advertisement on Face book. I have sent them 4 emails at their customer support e-mail call@ ***. and no response. There is no phone number to call them. I have disputed this with my bank and hope to get a refund. I fear this company is scamming the public during a national emergency!!

Received email confirmation with order *** stating delivery would be in 4 to 6 weeks it has been six weeks I have received no merchandise I have attempted contacting the merchant three times by emails, 1 time by phone number found on Internet for thunder labs. there was no listing for the thunder shop as reflected on my credit card statement with no phone number . my emails were unanswered or acknowledge.
