I ordered 3 black carbon masks and my account was charged $89.00 and I never received the products. I sent 3 emails and no response.
On February 26, 2020, I ordered 3 black carbon masks. My account was charged $89.00 and I never received the products. I sent 3 emails and no response. Confirmation number is *** which was emailed to me on the day of purchase.

I ordered two magic door mats from them totaling $68.30, 5 months ago and never received them.
On Wednesday Dec. 18, 2019, I ordered 2 magic door mats online from Thunder Shop (***)

I still have not received the mats I ordered. I e-mailed them about a refund and they have not responded.

I ordered face masks over 6 weeks ago. I have yet to receive them and after numerous emails, no one from Thinder Labs will respond.
I ordered 3 face masks from Thunder Labs in February 2020. I have yet to receive them. I sent emails on 4 separate occasions. I have yet to get any response. When I tried to call I got a recorded message stating no one was available. I left a voicemail but have yet to hear from anyone.

Order product. Took billing but did not give any expected time. I sent 3emails requesting to cancel. None responded. Complaints stating ssme.
Order N95 mask. Advise update. No response. Ask to cancel no response. Reviews advised same result. Company must be stopped.

My credit card was charged the full price on March 2, 2020.

I've never received these masks and have gotten no reply to repeated email messages sent to them. I have been unable to find a phone number or direct contact on either the website or Facebook page.

I'd like to be refunded.

I ordered a led lamp (nebulight) from *** Feb 1st and never received my product. After three emails I have not gotten my money back or an answer from customer service. Then I found out many similar experiences from a review site: ***
Seems like they have replied to some customers and claim the items can't be shipped because of the Corona situation, but they are still selling items, taking the money and claiming that they are ''in stock'', but never sending them. They are also using pictures/videos of a young girls youtube video to sell their lamp, which is a totally different product in the video. ***I
I tried to contact authorities here in Europe, but they couldn't help me and guided me here.

I ordered 2 items (n 95 masks) from an online company by the name of Thunder Labs/Shops on March 12, 2020, order #XXXXXX. $29.00, each a total of $67.63 with taxes. I paid for this order with my bank debt card. On March 13, 2020, $67.63 was withdrawn from my checking account per my bank statement.

I ordered N95 masks over 1 month ago & paid $155 for them. Theyre based out of CA & theyre still not here. Ive emailed them several times

I made a purchase on 2/25/20. To date I have not received the product. I've sent 3 emails requesting information or updates with no response.
The purchased item, which was charged to my credit card has yet to be delivered. 3 email attempts have gone without response. Their Facebook page shows multiple people in the same situation where purchases were made and no product was ever delivered.

On 2/25/2020 I received an order acknowledgement #XXXXXX. The masks were to be shipped in 5 to 7 days. As of today I have not received the Masks. On 2/26/2020 I sent an email requesting a ship date. No reply. I have sent an additional 3 emails and placed 2 phone call and left messages regarding my order. I have not received a reply. I looked up complaints regarding this company and found so many complaints regarding people never receiving the various products they ordered from this company. It looks like a scam is being perpetuated on consumers. My master card ending is *** was charged as follows: N95 Face Mask Respirator x2 39.88, Fed Tax 2.80, State Tax 2.40 total $45.18. I would appreciate it if the Revdex.com can do something to stop this scam company.

Scammers. I have tried contacting them several times by email, phone and facebook messenger. They do not respond.
They took the payment on February 5th and never shipped the item.
