My husband and I were very pleased with our service. Two service calls were needed to repair our Thermador stove of 16 or 17 years. Both the oven and the burners on the stove top required attention. [redacted]'s knowledge of the unit was substantial and his repair experience is notable. He analyzed necessary repairs and estimated costs accurately. Setting our appointments was easy and the service was completed @ the appointed times.

Tiger Mechanical provided us wonderful professional service.

My refrigerator stopped working. Tiger Mechanical was highly recommended to me by a realtor friend who uses them regular basis. They had a repairman finishing another job and was very close by. [redacted] he was here in 20-25 minutes. He changed out a couple of parts on the compressor and my fridge was up and running in about 10 minutes!!! Very nice people to deal with and great service. I usually don't do reviews, but this was such a good experience....I had to make an exception.

Review: I called tiger mech. to fix my dryer because they advertised 79 dollars for a service call unless they fix it they waive the fee. turned out it was just a broken [redacted] he put another [redacted] on and the dryer turned on. they charged me 99.98 for the service call claiming I had to pay for him going to the supply house. plus the [redacted] was the wrong one and does not line up right, and was charged 23.40 for that. that is false advertising, and an overcharge.Desired Settlement: to get refunded what I paid , and that's a total of 106.87

The customer's wife called and she explained what was going on with her dryer. She then mentioned a $25 coupon that I wasn't aware was even out there, which I responded is only applied to the cost of a repair and not towards a diagnostic/trip charge.

I explained that the technician will go out, diagnose the problem and give an estimate and if she decides to go with the repair that the diagnostic fee is waived and you just pay whatever he quoted. The $25 coupon is deducted from the price quoted.

[redacted] went out and diagnosed the problem, which I had part intercepted and when I asked was repeating back the complaint she agreed that it was the on/off knob. [redacted] quoted them a price of $99.98 + 23.40 for the knob, he then deducted the $25.00 off coupon before adding the appropriate tax. Both the customer and her husband were both standing there and ok'd the repair and wrote out the check to pay the technician while he was finishing up. No complaint about the price to the technician or the trainee he had with him.

Within minutes of the technician leaving the customer's home, Mrs. [redacted] then called and complained about the charge before then handing the phoen over to Mr. [redacted] who proceeded in a raised voice that he was told that the trip charge is waived. I tried explaining that I told his wife it is waived with a repair and that it even says that in our advertisement. I agreed to send him a $20 refund, which I wrote out immediately and held until sure that their check cleared. I do have this recorded on the dashboard of my online access for my advertising if it needs to be reviewed. As far as the knob, he knew it wasn't the exact because I was under impression from wife that it was the on/off knob and not the selector knob. The technician advised the customer's that he only had the on/off knob which has the same orientation but job a bit smaller, otherwise he would have to order it. When technician wrote up the invoice, he also indicated this on their invoice.

He said that he doesn't charge anything to go out to the supply house to get materials for his customers and I explained that's right because it is built into the cost of running a business in which we know that we have a minimum to go out that we charge for labor. I even asked him if he expected me to just charge him for the knob?? I explained that there is a minimum labor we charge and that is what he was charged plus the knob and less the coupon.

[redacted] was not told by my wife the problem was the on off switch, she said the dryer would not turn. they assumed it was the switch. also their add clearly reads if the problem is fixed the service charged is waived. if that is not true their add is misleading to draw customers in.

We were required to have an electrical cord on our Bosch dishwasher replaced as it represented a potential fire problem. The vendor referred us to Tiger to perform the work. The scheduler was very efficient and worked within our tight time frame. Steve arrived on time and performed the work quickly but also made sure the dishwasher was properly level and the water lines properly positioned.

Tiger Mechanical was awesome! I had no idea who to call so I checked ratings on different appliance repair companies. I choose their's as they had the best reviews. They answered and returned all calls quickly. The serviceman, Steve, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would defintely use them again and highly recommend their service. Nice to have someone you can trust.

Tiger Mechanic repaired my washing machine quickly and efficently. I had called them on Monday morning, he arrived on Tuesday afternoon and repaired the machine. Thank YOU!

Had a gas range problem. The Tiger technician was "on time", professional and knew what he was going. I'd use them again.
