Richard got right to the source of the problem and corrected the earlier mishap of the first service providerMy unit had been working well until the first provider inadvertently caused a major problem by creating a disconnect in the systemAs an on-call provider, Richard is to be commended for his astute knowledge and friendly attention to the difficulty that occurred Although he drove an hour to reach my residence, he showed up on time and expeditiously righted the wrong!
