Excellent Company performing great work. We have utilized Tim Ferguson several times, they arrive the same day called and don't leave until the work in completed. Zach E[redacted] came to our home yesterday and stayed until 7:20 pm to make sure his job was completed and working correct.

Jason H. came to our old-but-new-to-us home on August 2, 2016. He arrived and punctually and introduced himself in a professional way. What impressed me most is Jason's honest and straightforward heart regarding our HVAC problems and possible solutions. Jason's informative explanations left me with nearly no guesswork to do in order to discuss the next step with my wife so that together we may make a good decision. Jason H. is clearly a person who holds integrity as a valuable trait. Not in any way did they push me to make a decision right now, and being a diamond club member cut the price of servicing notably. Tim Ferguson sent these fine men to our home the day after I called them.

Jason M[redacted] just finished repairing two leaks in our water line in the attic. He was here about 3 hours and the outside temperature is around 97 degrees and that in the attic is over 110 degrees. He never complained and has be most positive outlook. He was here to provide a professional service and he did it above our expectations. He was neat, explained what was wrong and what needed repair, took pictures of the problem so that I did not have go into the attic. A real professional and we truly appreciated his attitude and hard work.

Justin M. and Richard B. completed the replacement of our heat pump quickly and without any issues. They did work outside and inside of the house, making sure to clean up all areas before they were done. Installation of our new Nest thermostat was also done by Tim Ferguson.

Shane and Jason just finished working on our clogged drain pipe and replacing the entire drainage pipes under the sink, plus adding a replacement garbage disposal and did a fantastic job. I along with my wife, are thoroughly satisfied with their work...

Brian was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job in cleaning and servicing our A/C unit., checking all components. Very satisfied with timeliness and quality of work, as well as answering our questions.

Mike Rich and Larry (trainee) installed a new toilet after the minor tank repair performed
by Jordan did not solve the problem of water leaking into the bowl.Tim Ferguson stood 100% behind their work.All the men were very professional and I was pleased with their work.

We were in big trouble with a broken toilet and water squirting out something fierce. We have hardwood flooring and the water damage could have been really bad.
I called Tim Ferguson Plumbing after looking in the yellow pages for a plumber and I am glad I did.
They said they would send someone out right away and within an hour Jason was at our door with a new toilet and had us back in business in about another hour or so.
The cost was very fair and the service was just what we needed.

Zach did an excellent job of removing my garbage disposal and repiping the drain so I didn't have to experience future problems with that disposal. HE also provided me with the estimate I required and I will ask for him to return to do the job when I schedule it.

Outstanding service by Richard B[redacted], who came out to my residence at 6:30 pm! Richard got right to the source of the problem and corrected the earlier mishap of the first service provider. My unit had been working well until the first provider inadvertently caused a major problem by creating a disconnect in the system. As an on-call provider, Richard is to be commended for his astute knowledge and friendly attention to the difficulty that occurred. Although he drove an hour to reach my residence, he showed up on time and expeditiously righted the wrong! Thank you, Tim Ferguson for such professionalism!

Shane was great! We had a plumbing emergency and called Tim Ferguson Plumbing for help. He was on time and looked and acted professional. He was quick to diagnose the problem and very helpful. This is the best experience I have ever had with a professional plumber! I will definitely be calling them the next time that I need help. I could not be happier with the experience and give the credit to Shane. Great customer service, the best that I have had from any business in a really long time.

Jonathan R[redacted] inspected my plumbing today and installed a carbon dioxide monitor. He is a most pleasant young man and explained in detail everything that he was going to do and did the jobs extremely well. He is a very knowledgeable young man which gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan. I am a long time customer of Ferguson's and am now a satisfied customer of Jonathan's. I recommend Jonathan very highly to anyone who wants a job done correctly and wants to have a man who has his customer's needs as a top priority.

Stephen E[redacted] from Tim Ferguson Plumbing came out at the time stated. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed my problem and SAVED MY LIFE. My heat exchanger was cracked! I had been feeling sick (fatigue, seeing lights and having what I thought was just sinus headaches). We were inhaling carbon dioxide! THANKS TIM FERGUSON FOR GREAT AND PROMPT SERVICE.
