Tim Ferguson sent a tech named Shane S. to my house to help with a hot water tank. First off - I am just off the heals of a nightmare experience with another company over this tank. Shane came in - very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Shane quickly recognized the issue and had me fixed up in less then an hour!! WOW -blown away. Its great to finally run into a company - and a tech - that know what their doing and know how to treat customers. I highly recommend !! :)

Exceptional excellence in every regard. If there was a way to call this a "second mile dealer" I would. They've mastered the art of teamwork and addressed every customer concern where it was warranted in a satisfactory manner.

He call early in the morning after I had called Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air Electric the night before at about 11:30 p.m. about our air conditioner breaking down. I told them we could wait until the morning and Richard got here bright and early. He found the problem, told me exactly what needed to be done with the price and no surprises, fixed and thoroughly cleaned & tuned up or system and has us cool again before the heat of the day would make it unbearable.
