Not sure when this complaint was posted, but I am currently trying to get them to stop delivering circulars to my driveway as well. I actually contacted the Better Business Bureau because I didn’t get anywhere with phone calls or emails. The number I called doesn’t give you the option of leaving a message for any department, and a recording tells you there is no one to pick up and hangs up. tried an email I found on a website and that didn’t work. I wish I could copy and paste the conversation that’s going on between the Better Business Bureau, myself, and the employee at the Times Herald record. It’s almost comical. They sent me an incorrect email twice, and when I requested that they email me themselves and I would respond with my physical address, they adamantly refuse. Judging from the slew of negative reviews, it sounds like the Times Herald record does not like taking responsibility for their mistakes.

Am ready once again to cancel our subscription. After calling once again about not getting our paper this morning (no I do not want credit for the day I want the damn paper!) .."they are sorry"..We do not get our paper way too frequently. Times Record supervisors Talk to the people that deliver your paper! This is not acceptable!

I have been a customer for quite some time. I have never had a problem contacting customer service. My delivery person is wonderful. Even in the worst weather he delivers very early and we get to enjoy the paper with our morning coffee. I'm sadden to hear others do not have as pleasant an experience.
Very unhappy!
I have been a loyal customer to this newspaper for over30 years. But they have the absolute worst customer service going. I have been having a serious problem with my rural paper deliveryfor the past two weeks. Ranging from no paper for days to throwing the paper in the driveway where it has dissolved into a soggy lump. I have a times herald record newspaper box. I have called almost every day for the past two weeks with promises that the distribution manager would call and discuss the problem with me. Nothing. Not even crickets. Today is the seventh time with no paper. I called. Nothing. I seriously think I'm going to cancel this paper. It costs over $500 a year and the lack of regard for customer problems is appalling.
Run far away! Newspaper companies no longer deliver the paper. I have an awful delivery person that never delivers the paper on time. The Times Herald Record never does anything about it either! They continually tell me that a manager will contact me and it never happens.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL DELIVERY. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
