Review: I have a subscription for daily delivery of the paper. The stated delivery times are by 6am M-F and by 7am on Saturday/Sunday. I almost never have the paper by these times. I have called the newspaper dozens of times to report this. I have used the automated system to report a missed delivery at least 25 times. I have also spoken with customer service at least 3 different times and requested resolution from a [redacted]. The last two times I called, they said I would hear from a delivery [redacted] within 24 hours. Both of those were weeks ago and I NEVER heard a thing!Desired Settlement: I just want my paper delivered by the guaranteed delivery times and a refund for all the wasted time I've spent on this. I also want everyone to know how badly the company handles their delivery people. It's awful!

The business responded. Please read below: [redacted] responded to my email regarding his poor newspaper delivery service which resulted in him filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. In the voice mail he left on 3/**/15 he stated that his service has now been fine for the last few weeks. I got his voice mail when I attempted to call him back. I left a message apologizing for the poor service and left my phone number if he wanted to discuss the matter further. It seems as if the problem has been resolved. -- Thanks, [redacted]
