I paid off my loan with Title Max on 2-13-2016 and was told the same day that my title would be mailed to me on 2-15-2016. They verified they had my title and verified my address. I still have not received my title back. I have left several messages with Title Max and they have failed to return my call or return my title.
I had to file a complain with the Texas Attorney General's office today to attempt to reach some sort of resolution to my title issue.

I understand the rules that Title Max had initially at the agreement. I just find it hard to fathom the idea that Title Max was not willing to accept the waiving of my fees during this hardship especially after paying off my loan 3 months before the maturity date.

After researching this issue, it appears the customer has resolved the complaint with the store.
