TN Homebuyers

Been jerked around for a month. Don't know why so many people gave 5 stars. Must be family or made-up reviews. Was told a price then was dropped over $60,000!

I have never worked with a more dishonest company. They came out to give us an offer on our house. We were told that as long as there weren't major foundation issues, etc. the offer would be valid. I called numerous times as well as texted numerous times. They would make an appointment to "call me back," but ghosted me 3 times. When I finally talked with someone in charge, they lowered our offer $63,000! The excuse they gave was new home construction in the area. They knew that before the offer was given. Now, one month later we are back at square one. Save yourself headache and go somewhere else. You know the commercials are not accurate. If you do use them, don't say you weren't warned.

All the people that came to the house were super friendly, always on time.

Lauren wasn't pushy at all, she let me have my time to figure out what I wanted to do. They worked on my time frame.

They gave me earnest money before closing to catch up my bills and help me get movers

They helped me with my house going to foreclosure, they paid my past due balance

Definitely a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders.

I liked the fact that you all donate any unwanted items and not just throw it away

From the very first meeting through the day of closing, TN HomeBuyers met all of our expectations. My wife and I purchased our Rental Property several years ago and unfortunately I had to quit working due to medical reasons. No longer able to maintain the property we decided to Sell. When I contacted TN HomeBuyers I had know idea they could buy our Rental Property on an Owner Contract. It was the perfect solution for us as we will still get the same amount of money monthly as we were getting in rent until we reach retirement age. Then a nice balloon payment after about 7 years. I would Definitely recommend TN HomeBuyers to any one who wants to sell their property with no hassle and best of all no out of pocket expense. The atmosphere at their closing office made us feel comfortable and assured we were doing business with the best!Thank you to Lauren and Ronnie great job!

Tn Homebuyers, is by far the BEST COMPANY I've ever dealt with! They slways the 'extra mile' for their clients! They are honest, trustworthy, doing all they say they will. And more! I highly recommend them! They're a 'Faith ' based company! I give them 5 stars! 6 if I cld!

Our experience could not have went any smoother. Working with Ronnie and Lauren was a wonderful experience. They were very thorough with their explanations and quick in replying to us when we had questions. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you have a fixer-upper you would like to sell as is.

Overall, I was pleased with my experience with TN Homebuyers. If you are wanting to sell your home and dont need the absolute high dollar for it I would use them. When you consider that you dont have to pay any closing costs or realtors commission you actually dont lose any money selling to them. They promise a quick closing however that wasnt the case with my home because the Estate was in probate which takes longer. I have to give a shoutout to Lauren, the closing coordinator! She went above and beyond the call of duty with me! She made sure I had the cash to move into another home and even saw that my utility bills and moving expenses were paid! I just can't say enough about her willingness to help me! She deserves a lot of credit and most likely a raise! She's very knowledgeable and honestly I dont know what I'd have done without her! Overall I had a good experience with TN Homebuyers.

I really enjoyed my experience with TN Homebuyers Inc. Nathan was amazing and explained everything to me. Gave me alot of information, listened to my unique situation and gave me a better option than I originally planned. Lauren was very professional, following up with me, keeping me informed on the process. Closing was easy and the entire team at TN Homebuyers are excellent to work with. I will refer my friends and family to them. The best in their field and extremely nice.

Great people. The only issue I had was having to be moved out before closing on the house

Terrible experience with Nathan after first meeting he would not return my calls or text. Offered a price that his "new" assistant gave him he told us he would get back with us hopefully with better offer in 2 days it took another week texting and calling before he called back only to say " he didn't have
His notes he'd call me back " Never Did" I called them because I thought they were a caring company, my husband had a stroke and I wasn't sure what to do and was trying to do the easiest and fastest way possible to get the money for hospital bills. obviously Nathan's does not have his companies ethics Would not recommend !!

TN Homebuyers was extremely honest, the guy, Nathan, came out, looked at the house, very straight and upfront. I was impressed with the letter that we got in the mail saying that TN homebuyers. they are a good Christian family owned company. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking to sell their house fast. Tn homebuyers closed us within 25 days! They are honest, keep their word.

My mother's house needed a lot of work in order to bring it up to date before it could be placed on the market to sell. She did not have the means to do this so we researched various companies that advertised with the promise of buying your house as is and for a fair price. I contacted TN Homebuyers, left a message, and an appointment was set up to meet with Ronnie. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process, toured the home and property, and sat down at the table to give my mother the offer for her house. The offer was definitely a fair price and the peace of mind she received that day was priceless. The entire process from start to finish was incredible and I have recommended this company to two other friends already.
