Attached is the correspondence between the complainant and myself, a copy of our terms & return policy, and a copy of the refund given on May, When we were notified on May, ( tabindex="0" Saturday) Mr [redacted] was missing an item from his order we immediately offered to send the item the next business dayMr [redacted] declined that offerHe asked for a refund and was informed per our terms and conditions which he agreed to in the checkout we only offered store credit for refund and agreed to the store credit of There was no mention or agreement of free shipping on a subsequent orderUnfortunately, the item Mr [redacted] wanted is a bulky item and due to that it has an oversize feeWe did try to contact Mr [redacted] via phone to resolve the order on May, without response Thank you, [redacted] Sales Managerwww.tntesales.com262-749-

[I contacted the company yesterday for a tracking number because of the response the company gave the Revdex.com, and I was told that they never said it was shipping out yesterday And once I included in an email to the company a screen shot of their response, I got an answer back saying that if I didn't get a tracking number than it isn't ready to ship And I was also told in the email that I needed to relax This company has had my money for well over years with no product in sight.]

I don’t believe that he is being
truthfulFirst of all, he has my address from the initial order and the money
order that he acknowledged receiving when the order was placed. Second,
I have numerous e-mails that contradict what he is saying I have numerous e-mails that I have sent,
including some that he responded to, in this year between the dates he said I last
communicated with him and nowThese prove conflicts with what he is telling me
nowThere were also communications through the website which have since been
deleted by his company I also have
emails from his company that explain that he was not able to make my upper
because he would have to increase the price that he had charged and I paid in
advance. It is not ethical that he delayed
delivery of my order without notification, because he couldn’t build my product. I had to inquire as to the status of my order;
this is when I was told he could not fulfill my order in any descent time
period. He should have just refunded my
money at that time as, according to him, he had not yet bought anything
at that point to build the product. I asked
numerous times for a refundNow he is claiming that he has to sell the upper
before he can send me a refund and any refund wills have a 20% restocking fee deducted. This is a product that I should have received
in early 2013, nearly years agoI feel I have been extremely flexible and patient with this
company and deserve nothing less than a refund of the full purchase price

we have copied the work order on the warranty check we performed for the complainantWe found nothing wrong with the barrel out side of issues caused by an improper customer installWe checked it over free of charge and sent it back at our
expense for a non-warranty issueWe found damage on the sight consistent with the sight being removed by the customer, this is not covered by warranty as it is not a defect on our partWhen we received the barrel back it was thrown in a box with out protection or padding of any kindOut of the same batch no other customer has complained of issues with their barrels, and we have had several raving reviews on them. Unfortunately we have exhausted our options to help Mr***

I purchased a arflash hider from them days ago on gunbroker.com and I have yet to receive the itemI have tried calling and emailing them with no response and have let multiple voice messagesPoor service

I have recieved no emails from Mr Cleveland or anyone from top notch top endsAlso I have not sent any "letters" to him or his company so he is obviously confused as to what order this complaint is refering toI have not used any type of chargeback so I have no clue what "breach of agreement" he would be refering toThe facts are Top Notch Top Ends cashed a postal money order back in Feb of and I have not recieved the ammo orderedFurthermore during our last email exchanges on Dec 15th "with Mr Clevelands office manager" I agreed to the 20% cancelation fee and AGAIN requested my order be cancledI have not recieved a reply email or the refundMr Clevelands statements in his response to this complaint are completely and inacurate!
