Here is the last email that I received from *** *** From his last correspondance, my rifle part should have arrived Baton Rouge the last week of Feb. I waited until I came back from Afghanistan on to call and began the communication process several days laterApril 1st or around that date, I actually spoke with him in which he stated that it should have shippedI politely asked for him to call me back or email with an update he said he would but did not. I left more messages over a weeks period until I had enough with this deceitful companyOnly when your organization (and Wisconsin's Attorney General's Office) got involved did he decide to ship it. He is a liar and his company is incompetent He failed to mention that I have waited over days for a rifle part, mainly because he forgot to order my barrel. Regards,

I recently made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks on parts by going to a small online retailer, Top Notch Top Ends
It's been a week, they have yet to fulfill my orderNo assembly required, just put my parts in a box and send it to me
I called yesterday, they make no apologies for being slow, nor do they offer any real ship dateJust trying to pass on the warning
After attempting to contact *** *** (owner) with my concerns on the delay I was blown off that he's "following industry standard." I challenged him that it is not standard to wait more than a week to ship, citing Bravo Company (another parts company) who ships the next day, everyday
After attempting to express my concerns today on Facebook, I was blocked and my login to the tntesales.com was revoked so now I cannot check my order statusIn addition, he does not respond to emails today or answer my phone calls

In regards to *** *** complaintWe have been in contact with him several times over the past few monthsEvery time he called we either answered or tried calling
him back within a couple business daysAs far as I know he had filed a chargeback against us so that is why nothing has been shippedSince a chargeback was filed his account will be turned over to collections for 20% of sale and a $chargeback fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1) when returned the first time, it was thoroughly cleaned so as not to have oil soak packaging.2) lower was tested with other uppers with no problems.3) ammo used was standard grade SAAMI approved ammo, not over-powered, handloads or other sketchy ammo.  This has also been verified to work in other arms successfully.4) the front sight is visually off, and measured to be between 1-2° off.  Unacceptable on a high end product I have seen and used units that cost 1/2 the price that were perfect.  I paid extra for quality that I did not receive.5) asking me to try the unit with another BCG of mine not only risks damage to another arm that your company would not be under obligation to replace, but the failures I have been getting pose the risk of severe bodily harm to myself or others.6) replacing the BCG, if that is the only thing causing the failures without checking against the upper also puts myself and others at risk of bodily harm or death.   Furthermore, it still does not address the front sight issue.I do not believe that I am asking for too much here.  The reason I spent the extra amount, and waited longer than I would have with one of the dozens of other company's options was that I was expecting higher quality and service.  I do not believe I received that here.   At this point, a refund should not be out of the question.

one part of the original build was out of stock with us and the manufacture, when we reached out to see if something else would work, there was a delay in the response for the client and in that time frame both our distributor for that part and the OEM manufacturer Midwest Industries ran out of stock. MI running out of stock held up two of our orders for nearly 12 weeks. Once the part was received it took about two weeks for the product to go through our build and QC process. Mr. [redacted] order is expected to ship on Monday April 27th via UPS.

This seller did not send me an invoice and after I sent them my money, he held onto it for 12 days, refunded my money then reported me to Gun Broker that I never paid for my item. Then sent me an e-mail demanding more money. This business is shaddy and I would not to do business with them again. Consumer beware!

we discussed this with [redacted] last week before receiving the complaint. We have all agreed to resolve the issue with a product modification. His order should be shipping late...

While we are sorry you are having issue with your build, we did bring your upper in to check for the FSB cant and gas ring issue. I will address this in two separate points. FSB canting:    We checked your upper against known good DPMS and DTI lowers with a A2 stock configuration...

to see if we could see the visual cant prior to using a laser bore sight chamber insert. We could not visually see any lean to the FSB.Our second test is the laser insert against a known good Colt carry handle attached to the upper. The result was a sight dot that appeared in line with the front pin.We do not believe there to be an issue with the barrel sight alignment of the upper.  We do however believe there may be an issue with the lower spec’s and or tolerances however as we did not have the lower we cannot check this.  BCG Gas Rings: When we received your upper back frankly it was the cleanest fired upper I have ever seen. This reasonably would cause us to question if it was lubed. We replaced the gas rings with a new set from a alternate manufacturer. Checked headspace and dry function (without live ammo), everything passed our tests on a known good lower. We have offered a replacement BCG to you, but we are questioning the ammo pressures as in 15 years I have never seen this type of failure. Other possible causes are a FCG that was incorrectly installed in the lower. This would cause increased drag on the bottom of the BCG, which could cause the rings to be torqued.  Refund:  As our auction clearly states we do offer a warranty on all our uppers. Which we brought yours in under. We do not issue a refund on used uppers.  Our Proposed resolution: If you send in the BCG we will replace it with a new one, I do recommend using a different lower while at the range next time however. Beyond this we can only offer the advertised warranty to fix any issues.  Thank you,[redacted]

we have copied the work order on the warranty check we performed for the complainant. We found nothing wrong with the barrel out side of issues caused by an improper customer install. We checked it over free of charge and sent it back at our expense for a non-warranty issue. We found damage on the...

sight consistent with the sight being removed by the customer, this is not covered by warranty as it is not a defect on our part. When we received the barrel back it was thrown in a box with out protection or padding of any kind. I recieved the product the other day but it does not have the correct barrel. The product I paid for should have a fluted barrel but the product I received does not have a fluted barrel. I am attaching images that prove this and images from his website that show a fluted barrel for the product that I paid for. 
I am not sure what to do about this. since it took more than two years to get to this point I am apprehensive to send it back. I was really hoping that when he sent it to me that this whole ordeal would be resolved.

This business has a no refund policy. Beware. After trying to return the items and get a refund I was told to pound sand - The Sales Manager/Owner responded to my email with; "Your financial issue is not our problem". Wow.
On top of that the NiB BCG arrived missing the retaining pin - it's supposed to be a TNTE BCG that Fail Zero coated - it's a horrible finish - I've owned several BCGs from Fail zero, none of them had this tarnished look.
I emailed them back, but I have a feeling I'm going to have to have my bank fight this one.
