Great product, great communication, very happy customer. Reached out to Patrick and his team about completion of 3 uppers. Each had different setup for competitions I was in this summer and into this fall. They set proper expections for build time, and end products were perfect. Thank you!

called him not the other way around. Furthermore he breached our agreement by fraudulently using a chargeback thus why he is at collections in the first place. If his harassment does not cease we will be forced to take all legal options at our disposal. By the way ten days is not enough time to respond to a letter seeing as we finally received both of your letters today.

I had a great experience! Customer service was excilent, and the owner is extremely knowledgeable on the product he makes/sells. I got exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price, I will definitely be back and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom top end!

We have repeatedly tried to contact Mr. [redacted] regarding his order, to no avail. The last communication we had with him was on 6/10/14. At that time we requested his address...

so we may ship his order. His order has been sitting on our shelves complete for five months. We would be more than happy to ship it if we are provided a current address. Unfortunately since it is and has been completed we cannot issue a refund as requested.

Here is the chain where this was discussed. [redacted] agreed to the non fluted barrel that he received, at the time we told him we could only get the non-fluted and he was ok with it. I am unsure why he is now complaining about what was discussed and settled. We special ordered this barrel to complete this order per his request. At this point there is nothing more to discuss regarding this order. It was shipped as Mr. [redacted] agreed upon, while he may have forgotten this email does not. Had he verified his address earlier he would have received his product long ago. Furthermore our email response regarding this also listed the barrel as a 47T not a 47TF which is the fluted model. I believe we also upgraded Mr. [redacted]’s charging handle to a BCM which is a much higher cost product. I feel he has been more than taken care of regarding this.
 
Product Features These barrels are chambered in 5.56 N.A.T.O., made from 4140 steel , heat treated to RC 25-32, and melonite finished. These barrels feature M4 style feed ramps for reliable function. Threaded models feature 1/2"-28 threads for YHM muzzle brakes, flash hiders, and suppressors.
 
 
Have you shipped the upper yet? It has been two weeks and you have not notified me of anything.

I will be happy with what he said as long as he follows through with what he says but I am afraid to close this complaint until I actually receive something. This is because he has already said that he shipped it to me but now just gave a date for when he will actually be shipping it to me. Also it would be greatly appreciated if he would stop trying to argue with me.

I am unsure how you have come to that conclusion when we have stated this several times to you. We are shipping the 7820 minus sights that you ordered with the47T barrel that you agreed on Feb 17. We will not be compensating you for the wait since it was caused by you. Calling to cancel a custom order when it was ready to ship typically is not allowed. We made an exception in your case after be belittled and screamed at by your mother, and asked politely by your father for us to consider your situation. We then informed you we would have to sell the upper to issue a refund or you could have it shipped and sell it yourself. You choose to have us sell it. Unfortunately by the time you decided this the market had crashed and we were unable to sell it for you.

[redacted], this item was shipped on 4/15/14 here is the UPS tracking information [redacted]. As per his complaint on timing...

unfortunately the weather here in Wisconsin did not clear until mid march to be able to use a range for test firing.
