IT is Tophhater's responsibility TO CONTROL THE INACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS AND the QUALITY of items sold by their sellers and PROTECT THEIR BUYERS.
I PAID TOPHATTER...AND THEY NEED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR THE GARBAGE THEIR SELLERS SOLD ME.
I WILL NOT PAY $150 to return the garbage that I was sold to sellers in China.

We reviewed and discovered your email provider was returning a message: 550 ERROR: No or mismatched reverse DNS (PTR) entries for 167.89.65.117, and the replies we've been sending to you have not been delivered.
We've removed that block through our email provider; however, we have seen this issue repeatedly with the earthlink.net domain. To prevent the issue from happening again, you may want to change the email address associated with your Tophatter account.

Subject: Japan - File a Complaint
 This seems shady in ire self but I was buying items from Tophatter that I thought were legit but I was wrong after getting items.  When I went for a refund it was too late.  I'm sure I won't get help and I'm screwed out of my money and the products...

We rely on sellers to provide accurate information about every item; however, if you do discover a listing has been misrepresented in any way, we offer excellent Buyer Protection. To take advantage of Buyer Protection, you'll need to request a return following the process in our FAQ: "How do I return an item?" I've reviewed your account and found that your email provider Earthlink continues to reject emails from our domain. The block was removed Feb 2, 2018, and has since blocked again. Please see the attached chain of emails along with our support team's responses to your questions.

The first message may have been unclear for this particular situation where you indicated the items were not as described, when they were described as: "GENUINE" , "AUTHENTIC", "COLLECTIBLE" "EXCELLENT QUALITY" , "FIRST QUALITY". Our intention was to explain that we rely on sellers to provide accurate information about every item; however, if you do discover a listing has been misrepresented in any way, we offer excellent Buyer Protection. To take advantage of Buyer Protection for these items, you'll need to request returns for them following the process in our FAQ: "How do I return an item?" Tophatters is asking again for orders numbers which I have given them.  They are telling me that they don't ship these items. They are asking me to wait another 40 days to see what has happen.  They are again acting like I have received these items   At this point All I want is for this situation to be resolved. Oh, by the way  I paid tophatters for these items not the shipping company.   It has already taken a couple of months for tophatters to resolve this situation,  I don't see where a couple of more months will take care of this situation.  I paid for items which I have not received, things could not be more clearer that that.  Thank you for your help in this matter.

You can get a full refund by refusing delivery. The post office allows refusal of packages for up to 3 days from delivery as long as they are...

not opened. It is very important that you do not open the package. Instead just write "refused" on the package and send it back in the mail. Be sure the postal carrier scans the package as "refused" in front of you because we rely on the tracking information to confirm the package has been returned and process the refund to you.
