I returned the product within the 30 day money back guarantee. The company sent an email stating they have received the product and will refund me within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 weeks. I emailed several times and calling. The wait times are over 30 minutes. I finally got through after 45 minutes and then someone transferred to someone speaking Spanish voicemail.

It’s been 3 weeks that I have not receive my package from Total Life Changes!! I order a deal that they had going on which was BUY 5 packs of brew tea & GET ANOTHER 5 pack for FREE!!! I’ve called & had me on hold for an hour really bad customer service I told them about my issue said they were going to send my package 2 days ago called again today & my package was not sent once again!!! Now they are saying that I should be receiving my package on Friday if I’ve been waiting this long I should receive my package within 1-2 days not a whole nother week!!!

I called to check on the status of my order Order #5838136 and recieved the worst experience ever. I was excited to join TLC and waited for my kit to come in. When I called I was told that I chose will call, meaning I was to pick up my package from corporate in Michigan. (My mistake) but she makes the smart remark and say I see you're in Texas and that's quite a drive but you can fly. I literally asked what type of recommendation is that? I then ask her to proceed with my order with adding shipping. She placed me on hold and came back with the attitude verifying my address and asked did I want to proceed with the 9$ to 15$ order. I'm annoyed now and say I almost want to cancel because of her attitude... she then asks " DO YOU WANT THE ORDER OR NOT?) *** NO CANCEL IT! I'm a Bedroom kandi consultant and very familiar with multi level marketing. We don't deliver customer service like this to our reps or customers. If I'm treated like this, I can imagine how my customers will be treated and I in no way would want part if it.

Ordered the Iaso tea with extract. Received the order and tried it for 2 weeks. It is supposed to be money back guaranteed, so I have called the company to find out what I need to do to receive my refund and no one ever answers the customer service phone number. You remain on hold for an hour and still no one ever come to the phone. The website says you have 30 days to receive refund and thats all that I want. its only been 2 weeks. they are false advertising stating money back guarantee when you cannot speak to a live person to see what the necessary steps are to get your refund.. So I am going to try and ship the product back to them with invoice like the website says to do since I cannot get ahold to anyone and see if I ever get my refund......

I placed an order 1/29/20 and received the email saying it was shipped out. However, the package claimed to be delivered, but I never received it. I tried calling the company and stayed on the phone for 30 mins on hold and no answer from anyone so I hung up. I wrote an email with my issue, but decided to call once again at night and they answered and told me they would email me a claim form. I right away filled out the claim form, and added my friend's address for delivery instead of mine, since that building has concierge service and it's 24hrs. The company was nice enough to send a replacement, but they failed to put in apartment number and "care of" information as I indicated in the claim form. The package once again says it was delivered, but who knows where it is. My friend didn't receive it, the concierge knows nothing about it either. I specifically indicated the information needed for proper delivery and they failed to add the correct delivery info. I once again wrote an email to them, and they answered two times saying item was delivered without even offering to open a delivery investigation. Sometimes packages are sent back to sender if the receiver is not known. All I wanted was to try their tea that came highly recommended to me. Now I'm out $57, no tea and very upset at their lack of care to resolve the issue. They could have at least offered to investigate further with the delivery service, but failed to do that.

This company has the worst customer service . You can never get anyone on the phone. I placed an order was given a false tracking number and still have not received my product. However they have taken the funds for the order. I tried to call to get an update and can’t get anyone one the line. This has to be a scam.

I ordered samples, paid for the shipping fee on January 11, 2020, my bank account is proof that the money was taken out of my account. I never received the product. I have called several times, I only hear music, no one ever answers the phone. I have sent emails. Finally I was able to reach *** through live chat, then she sent me an email asking for the last for digits of my the Visa card that I used, she then said she doesn't see that card on file. AGAIN MY BANK STATEMENT IS PROOF.

I order some products from the company they do not work as they are supposed to. I reached out to them thru email notifying that I would like a refund. Someone emailed me back to say I cannot receive a refund.

Dont order from this company. I placed a order with this company, they sent me a tracking number but they never sent the order to postal service to be shipped. I contacted the company and they lady I spoke with was rude and had a nasty attitude. She said they will send a replacement order but I havent received it yet. I will not order from them again.

I am a new member of Total Life Changes. Every since I have joined I have had the worse customer service and treatment ever. They have a worker who I spoke with the first time I called into the call center to place an order for more products, I spoke with ***, she just have me waiting on the phone. Then she says” hold on it’s not letting me process your order” then we are waiting to the point I say well I’ll just call back and speak with someone who wants to their job. After we disconnected I noticed in my bank account she had charged me a total of 8 times. By this time I’m ***, I called back into the call center and I receive the same representative (that’s how you know it’s a small setting) she says is this about your order. I say yes I would like to speak to a manager; *** get on the phone and apologize to make things better.
Then on yesterday 12/21 I go to setup smartship and place another order for more products. The order goes through. I check my account the money has been taken. I wake up 12/22 to an email where my order purchase was declined so they returned the money back into my account where now I have to go and repay again. I just cancelled the whole smartship order because the same thing is happening again with my bank account. It’s obvious that you all do not want a loyal new client on your team. So will be canceling all services together and leaving a review on every social media and extranet I can because this is totally unacceptable for a new client. We have people that are seriously out here trusting you all to help change their life so they can help others and their family to change their lives. But you have representatives working behind the scenes treating people like this.

I purchased the fat burner kit on October 24th. Didn't receive for a week after. I have been taking as instructed. Haven't lost anything and the product immediately started giving me stomach problems. I've tried stopping and going bk, with same problems. My very first purchase was almost $100 and I knew for sure I ordered one original tea and one lemon tea but when I received my order they both was original iaso teas.A few days later I sent back one of the original tea bags.Now I shipped the Iaso tea bag on a Saturday which makes it to where they received it on a (3days)Tuesday.Okay I wanted to swap that original bag of tea for the lemon flavor mind you they received the tea that Tuesday I called them about the lemon tea a CSR stated I should be getting my lemon tea within 24-48 hours.I waited a week to give them time maybe they were backed up on orders or some sort I checked my mailed everyday after a week has pass.Still no lemon tea so okay I’m still be patient another week pass by.I checked the mail still no lemon tea now I’m getting worried I called after the 2 weeks and a different CSR state’s they were sold out mind you I’ve been send my original tea back.My tea should have been arrived.And than they threw the you have to pay for shipping and handling cost in order to receive your lemon tea after it has been sold out why wasn’t this mention way before I sent it off to save the hassle.This is ridiculous like come now.They need to do better

I’ve been doing TLC for almost a year now & when I sighed on doing the business they were not asking for no social security number or I.D. Now all of a sudden they are when I don’t have any of that information so I send them my husbands information so he can be in charge of the the tax information &I hope it works so I can receive my commissions that I’ve made since May which is more than $600!

I order product from the business. I try the product and soon realize that the product is not agreeing with my kidneys. I got severe side and back pain to the point where I couldn’t go to work. I stopped taking the product immediately and the symptoms went away. I had 30 days to return it and it was within the 30 days that I did return it I called the company and explain to them what happened they assured me that I will get my money back to send it back. When I called in and asked for the address ( Conversation is recorded ) provided me with an address and then told me they didn’t receive the package. Product was over $300. I called multiple times to solve the The issue and they are not returning my money. I have evidence that the parcel got mailed out and they are not excepting my evidence.

I have filed and recvd refund by my cc. since they are registered with Revdex.com thought you should know.
I have since recvd another charge and do not want them to continue.
