National Floors Direct offers an installation and service warranty to all of its customersIf Ms*** feels there are installation-related issues with the flooring we installed in her home (not issues with the door height, subfloor work that did not need to be done, or other disclosures agreed upon prior to beginning the installation), National Floors Direct will gladly address themWe urge Ms*** to contact our customer service team and open a warranty claim so we can properly address her concerns

I agree to paid the additional charge of dollars to the installer, (***) he called *** at NFD and said that he did not want to do the additional workHe had another job to do that day, so he just left me high and dry *** said that if he left he would not be returning and they were not going to reschedule And they still haven't

The statement from NFD that I purchased *** Hardwood is completely as we ordered *** inch flooringAlso as stated in our original complaint letter dated 3/8/emailed and mailed to NFD I requested an accounting of the material I originally purchased and an accounting of the hardwood that was installedI never received eitherAlso, due to the misrepresentations from your salesman and the altering of our paperwork we had no way to match the flooring to our paperwork which is documented in the complaint letterFurther, to state that I contacted you days after installation of the discrepancy is a flat out lieYour customer service center was contacted the day of the installation (3/7/2017) also stated in the complaint letter and again I emailed my complaint letter to your website *** on 3/8/2017 and then subsequently sent to your PO Box via US mailIf there was a delay in reading either or both of my complaint letters it is clearly on your part. I do acknowledge that I signed off on the installation as the installer told me that he was a contractor and I was only signing off on the installation not the material installedI was trying to do the fair thing for the installer since he did in fact do a good job even though the wrong material was usedYou also fail to mention in your response that under the signature line I wrote"But you will receive feedback on misprepresentations and errors in paperwork by salesman ***"Did this comment also get altered on your copy of the paperwork? If so I will be glad to send you a copy of mineIf this complaint cannot be resolved and my questions answered as requested in my original complaint letter I will send all attachments to the AG in NY and CT for resolution

It has not been three monthsThe carpet was installed 8/3/As I already stated I called immediately and was told to wait a month for the carpet to "fluff up"Since then I have tried to resolve this issue with three phone calls to NFD with no resolutionLets not forget the damage to both my dressers
National Floors Direct cannot offer this customer any refundpurchase orders were placed by the Dentist's office on 08/03/2017, for installation 10/16/2017, and 10/18/In the days leading up to the scheduled installations, National Floors Direct was able to connect with office personnel to confirm all installation procedures for both ordersOn the the first scheduled installation date, 10/16/2017, more than months after the orders were placed, the installation team sent to complete the work was turned awayThe office representative said they decided to cancel the orderThese orders cannot be canceledNational Floors Direct has reserved thousands of dollars worth of special order commercial grade flooring materials for these customers for TWO FULL MONTHSWe cannot cancel the orders, we cannot offer any refundWe remain ready, willing, and able to complete the work as contracted
I do not agree the color which was shown at the sales visit is the same as the sent materialThe guy who came to the house agreed that color was not same but said the material was sameI am tired of this company and I do not have any patience to fight with this company nowI am living without my mental peace and floorThen I said install that floor on FridayI am accepting the colorPlease take my response of a frustrated customer, I want no other customer face this issue. I have read the response from National Floors Direct and disagree with their commentsThey ended their response saying that they ordered special order carpets for me and in the beginning they are saying they made the first error, which they did! So they did not order special order carpets for me they simply attempted to fix their errorThen they came to my home a second time with a light carpet when I ordered a brown carpetThe first attachment is the second carpet they brought to my home, which is also incorrect! The second picture I have attached is the actual carpet I ordered! The third attachment is their company promise which I got off of their website! They should practice what they preach!!! I want my deposit back from this company as they are nothing but scammers!!!
Ms***'s account of the events surrounding her purchase order, delivery, and installation attempt by National Floors Direct is not accurateNational Floors Direct special ordered this product, Ms*** refused to pay for her installation despite previously agreeing to do so. The product delivered to her home for installation was the exact same product she selected from our manufacturer-branded sample board during our in-home consultation, which is the same product as is on her purchase orderNational Floors Direct cannot offer Ms*** anything other than a company credit for the deposit amount

No apologies for the inconvenience and to show up unannounced and demand cash is ridiculous and unprofessionalA 60% restocking fee is unreasonable.

I responded to ***'s request to send photos on 11/10/via email to ***.(see attachment 4, photos included) I called 11/17/to the above mentioned tele (a general call center), and spoke to a male named ***. He said that according to their records someone called on the 14th. Neither of us received a call from NFD that day, or any other day for that matter. To date we have had NO communication from NFD. Always just promises that "someone will get back to you". There have been several statements from their reps that someone should get back to you within hours. Even the "manager" *** said that and it is nowdays since he said that to ***, my wife when she called them

is illegal for National Floors Direct to move forward with removing asbestos tilesImproper removal can result in significant health problems for the inhabitants of this apartment, and of neighboring apartments. Revdex.com:On Monday May 15th, I spoke with the sales rep who originally came out to my home and he offered to come out on Friday the 19th to show me different optionsAfter thinking, I changed my mind and wanted the order completely cancelled out, so later in the day on May 15th, I texted the sales rep, after attempting to call him again and not getting him, telling him I want my order cancelled outHe responded that I would need to call the number on the contract in order to cancelI did what he told me to do which was to call the number on the contract and I spoke with someone who told me that my order was cancelledMy call log shows that I did call them even though they want to lie and say they have no record of me callingAccording to the document that I have, instruction from the sales rep, and the customer service rep I spoke with, I cancelled correctly and I am entitled to my deposit backThere was no mention of a cancellation form in our text messages which I still haveHe also did not inform me of the correct way to cancel nor did he provide me with any documents to cancel when we initially came out to my homeI did what I was told to do and what my documents say to do. Instead they want to now threaten that I owe them $for work they did not even do! No one has offered any other resolution other than "you owe us $4500"I have no problem canceling in the correct way if that was what I was instructed to doAn ex employee of theirs reported that this is their patternHe said that this is what they do to take money from their customers to pay off their debts and they give customers a hard time when they try to cancelI will never do business with them in the future
