National Floors Direct called me and apologized that the work was not done to my satisfaction, and told me that their 3rd party installation team did not tell them that re work was neededThey sent their 3rd party installers back, with appropriate supplies, today, 9/29/and they did repair all of the problemsI am not satisfiedWith out you at the Revdex.com, I do not think this would have been possibleI truly appreciate your helpI am happy nowSincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

Especially when I have pictures!!! What they need to do is admit they made a mistake and STOP blaming the customer!!!!!! Why in the world would I put myself through this unnecessary bull if I received what I ordered??? Really!!! Maybe they should go on line and read all of the complaints against them and get their act together and stop scamming people!!! I wish I had done this prior to calling them, then I would not have to go through all of this!!! They also need to go and learn customer service skills!!! The only reason that they are returning my deposit is because I called News [redacted] **'s Consumer Hotline and they contacted National Floors Direct and this is why I am getting a refundNOT because they are reputable!!! The information in this rebuttal is different from the information in our recordsNational Floors Direct is will contact Ms [redacted] directly to attempt to resolve any ongoing issues with his carpet installation but we cannot offer a full refund or any remedy for the perceived issues other than service under the warranty

National Floors Direct offered a significantly more expensive product upgrade to Ms [redacted] , which she accepted, prior to her filing of this complaintThe issues with the substrate in her home were not foreseeableWe cannot offer a product upgrade worth more than $1,and a $credit to Ms [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Thank you for forwarding my complaint and concern to National Flooring Direct They are mis stating the facts:First, I did cancel my first appointment within hours of their required timeframe.Second, the next appointment on June was cancelled because I am very much aware they are not a plumber and did not expect them to perform any such labor in my home for the kitchen and bathroom flooring installation I asked them if they could do the bathrooms and once I had a plumber to disconnect the gas stove and refrig I would re schedule that appointmentThen, they inform me that I must have the toilets removed for the bathroom installation [redacted] the salesperson NEVER mentioned this only the stove and refrig.Third my larger issue with National Direct Flooring is how nasty and unprofessional their customer service representative have talked to me as if I am not a customerFourth, I do want to have the work donebut now they are stating I must send them a certified check before they will even schedule the appointment There is NOTHING in any signed documents indicating this is a requirementAgain, if they would have talked with me like my business matters to them..: Sadly, when I order the kitchen and bathroom floors, I had told [redacted] my plans were to have the bedrooms, hallway, stairs and eventually the finished basement floors done AND, with many of the homes in my neighbor salesI see flooring companies installing and working on home everyday And, as an active member of my church community ...many persons are always asking me for recommendations after being treated this wayI would not even consider itPlease just forward me my $deposit back and let's part waysThank you Regards, [redacted] ***

On Tuesday, 10/20/2015, National Floors Direct sent one installation team to Ms***'s home to install different floor covering projects in different areas of her homeThese are projects that would have been performed consecutively, meaning there would have been several hours between the completion of the first project and the completion of the secondAt the completion of each project, Ms [redacted] completed each customer satisfaction checklist; the installers received the top rating in each category for punctuality, professionalism, installation, cleanliness, attention to detail, and courtesyFurther, Ms [redacted] certified that the installer reviewed the installation with her, "upon completion to ensure that the job was done to [her] satisfaction and free of any defect or damages."On Wednesday, 10/21/2015, at approximately 2:PM, Ms [redacted] called National Floors Direct to report a scratch on a hutch in her homeGiven Ms***'s rating of the installation team's professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to details, as well as the certification that the she was given every opportunity to walk both spaces to inspect the home, the new floor covering, the furniture, etc., for, "any defect or damages," our customer service agent informed Ms [redacted] that National Floors Direct cannot do anything to compensate her for the scratch she now noticedThere is simply no way to be sure what the origin of the scratch isThis is why we have the completion paperwork and why we make sure to walk the installation space with each customer at the completion of every installationThere is nothing we can do for non-installation-related issues like this after the paperwork has been completed and we have left the home

Nothing in this person's complaint is true, neither the first or 2ndNational Floors Direct's legal department is pursuing legal action against her for theft by deception for accepting delivery and installation of thousands of dollars worth of carpet and installation services with a fraudulent payment methodThe amount of her theft is considered felony theft in her stateAll remedies will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, regardless of the lies she writes in her public slander against the company

At the time of sale, Ms [redacted] selected the [redacted] Stylish Story carpet for her two bedrooms and closets from the sample board shown by National Floors Direct's representativeThis is a premium carpet product from one of the largest and most reputable flooring manufacturers in the industry.The work was completed to her satisfaction and signed off as excellent on 06/22/At that time, Ms [redacted] confirmed in writing that she verified that "the correct color and style of material was installed," with the installation teamWe are sorry that Ms [redacted] does not like her carpet after only months, but we cannot offer her a refund for this projectIf Ms [redacted] is unhappy with the style she chose, National Floors Direct is willing to offer a significant discount on the replacement of this carpet with something she likes better.She can contact our service team 24/at ( [redacted] , if she is interested

Ms [redacted] ordered carpet on 06/29/On 07/13/2016, well after the recision period on the order and after her carpet had been cut & prepped for her scheduled installation date, National Floors Direct received notice of cancellation from Ms [redacted] .Even though she is in no way entitled to any refund, National Floors Direct will issue her a full refund as a measure of good faith

National Floors Direct cannot offer Ms [redacted] any refund at this timeMs [redacted] purchased carpet from National Floors Direct on 10/On 11/02, the scheduled date of installation, the carpet she purchased was brought to her homeThere is no room for interpretationThe roll of carpet was in its original wrapper from the manufacturer of the carpet and has the customer's name and purchase order printed on itThe carpet color, style, and quality are 100% verifiable as the color, style, and quality she selected in her home at the time of the sale

National Floors Direct has been in communication with Mr [redacted] regarding the flooring installationThe responsible adult on site during the installation signed off that the job was completed to their satisfaction.Regardless, in good faith National Floors Direct has reached out to the customer to schedule a follow up visit with an installation manager and the installer so we can address Mr [redacted] 's concerns
