Touchstone Research Group

After nearly 5 months I have yet to receive my DD214, and they have refused to issue a refund. Pay attention to the negative reviews Touchstone receives, and do not use their services. This company is disgusting. Whatever it may take I intend to recover what I have paid them, but it is shameful that I am being forced to initiate actions against them. It would seem, if they were a reputable service, they would simply have refunded my money. This company is not worth your effort. Run from them.

I submitted a request to Touchstone Research Group on After responses from touchstone they stopped answering request for updates I have called and sent a request to them times and no response and they have not provided the [redacted] I requested

I ordered my DD-in an expedited service through Touchstone Research GroupI had the digital copy in my account within hours
