Review: For the last several months we have ben trying to obtain my father's DD Form 214. It is vital we obtain this immediately since my mother is in a locked [redacted] unit, and has been since July 2014, and needs the funds the VA Aid and Attandance funds. They gladly took my check and later, switched to requiring a debit card, but never provided the information.
[redacted] at Touchstone ###-###-#### will not answer her phone. If there is any connection at all, other than a disconnect, it goes to voice mail and there is never a return call.
I can provide you copies of email, documents and telephone logs.
They are stealing Veteran's money and creating this false hope that you will receive these document in three days and that is a lie and obtain funds from seniors without any plan to fulfill their contract.Desired Settlement: Firstly, they owe us the money we would have received from VA if we could have filed on time. This is $1400 per month. That is September and October 2014, so far. Until they provide me the documents the clock is ticking and costs are accruing.
Secondly, they owe us the fee that was charged. $100.
Thirdly, they need to provide a notice to everyone that they can not produce documents as promised, they do not return telephone calls and they are a scam. They need to take their web site down and not be allowed to prey on unsuspecting Veterans with a promise they can not keep.

Review: This company took my money and promised same day availability of the DD214 my husband and I need to close on our house, and they have refused to answer phones calls, emails, or any other type of communication sense than....Desired Settlement: I would like my money back sense I am clearly not getting the product I paid for. This company should be ashamed for treating veterans this way!
