Vehicle purchased was a model with 87,miles on the odometer This vehicle was not represented as a Certified Vehicle and nothing was signed by the customer stating it was When the vehicle was purchased the customer signed off twice that the vehicle was being sold "As Is" and there were no items or repairs due after the sale Customer purchased a MAP service contract- Silver coverage Silver coverage is the best coverage that is eligible for the vehicle to be enrolled in due to the age and mileage on the vehicle Also attached is a copy of the Carfax that the customer signed off on that the vehicle sold is 'worth $1,more than average, based on information in this report' In the report you can see the previous owner had numerous visits to local dealerships for routine maintenance and other repairs This vehicle passed our safety inspection, as noted on the Carfax, and was offered for sale As Is.We cannot control when a vehicle will have problems and if the information the repair facility gave the customer is correct regarding repairs needed on this vehicle I have attached all copies of the Service Contract, We Owe, Carfax, and Retail Buyers Guide that the customer signed at the time of delivery

Can you send an invoice of the repairs that were done to the vehicle? Also- was the vehicle purchased under a different name than [redacted] ***? I tried to locate your closing documents and 'We Owe' form from your deal and could not locate anything under your name or phone number We will need to see what was promised to you in writing at the time you purchased your vehicle Thanks

We have submitted your cancellation request for the financing options you wish to cancel and are awating a response from our corporate office in Houston as to when you can expect to see a credit to your account As for the lot damage you noted on Sunday can you please send a copy of the estimate you received and the pictures you took? The dollar amount listed as the disputed seems a little high for a scratch under a bumper and a dent in the roof I would like a chance to review the estimate and meet with *** [redacted] before we proceed Thanks, ***

We issued a check to Nissan Motor Credit on the 18th of September and the money was not credited to the account. Our accounting department in Houston did not put the account number to credit the $refund to. The check was returned to us and we have re-issued payment to NMAC on
behalf of Mr***. I attached a copy of the returned check and we have already sent in a replacement check last week to NMAC. Hopefully it will post soon to the account and we apologize for the delay

CAL-TEX service contracts are not cancellable and that is clearly disclosed on the enrollment form.  We have already processed your request to cancel the Nissan SVVCT and your Dent Zone policy.  I understand that the vehicle was a total loss from the insurance company but...

unfortunately there is still no verbiage in your contract with CAL-TEX that you are eligible for a refund in the event of a total loss.   I attached a copy of the signed enrollment form and Warranty disclosures.

Mr. [redacted] ,           I have read your concerns and have reviewed your file as well as questioned all parties involved in order to have a clear understanding of your concerns. I was not privy to the conversation that your wife had with the...

finance manager and apparently neither were you so I will speculate as to what was or was not said, I will stick to the facts. I have attached three documents all signed by your wife, Mrs. [redacted]. The first document fully discloses exactly what she is choosing to purchase, what her payment would be with those options and what it would be without those options. The Nissan Security Plus Service Contract states that it will "pay for part and labor  on covered repairs." This document does not state that anything is bumper to bumper. The Nissan Security Plus vehicle service contract covers mechanical breakdowns that may occur during the selected time period of coverage, not just manufacturer defects. The second document re-affirms her understanding of what options she is choosing to purchase and what options are being declined. The third document is a delivery checklist signed by Mrs. [redacted] stating that the information about the vehicle including what the factory warranty is (3 years,/36,000 miles), was explained to her.  The cancellation process can take 4-6 weeks. The funds will be credited to your account within the next few weeks.
