I just had my KoKoMo grill island installed and delivered to my backyard after having seen them at the Las Vegas home showAlan was extremely helpful with suggestions on how to accommodate our backyard It arrived and fit perfectly Thank you for a beautiful grill and workstationWe love it!!
I made a purchase at a home showThey make you sign a contract on the spotYou have days to cancel the contractAfter days, they feel like they have you and will not listen to any issueTheir response is either you are in a contract or that is not in the contractThey don't even ask what the problem is, they will not listen

We purchased a Barbeque from them at the San Diego County FairThe island counter tops (granite) are all crackedI've contacted them several times, I've sent emails with pictures attachedThey never call back, they do not respond periodthe last time I've contacted them after again email photos of the damage, they stated they aren't going to do anything about it, all the tile in the warehouse looks like thatThis is false, I went back to the San Diego County Fair where we purchased it and spoke to Marty Ancona and he stated that the tile does not look like that and that there is something wrong with the graniteBut he did state he was not sure if they would even do anything aboutWorse customer service, the granite on the floor at the fair grounds looked nothing like what has happened to our graniteWE paid $dollars and this is not acceptable
We met Mark at the display in Mesa Market and discussed various outdoor kitchen models and BBQ optionsMark was very helpful and guided us to a design that fit our needsThe BBQ was custom built to our specifications and thanks to the cooperation from Travis in scheduling, the BBQ was delivered to meet our tight timelineAntonio and Bryson somehow managed to get the kitchen to our backyard and installed over the gas lineThey then went over every detail of the unit explaining in detail how everything worked and gave us some great advise regarding the sizzlerThey are two superb employees and obviously proud of their company and productThe kitchen and grill were exactly what we wantedOur experience with Koko Grills and Backyard Accents was top notch from start to finishA definite out of ..*** ***

We have really been enjoying our grillWe used the same night it was installed
However we do have a few issuesWe would recommend that in the future you send someone to the customer’s house to look at the set up and the ability to do the deliveryWe wanted the cover (canopy) to protect the bar from rainThe installers did not position the cover so there is a gap between the eve on our house and the coverWhen it rained this week the bar was quite wetThe cover had also been sent with the gutters on the wrong side so a trip back to the shop was needed
During most of the install there was continuous complaining about how long it was takingIf our installation requirements had been reviewed prior to the installation a lot of these issues would not have been a concern(Including the piece of painted over tape that is visible under the cover because of no foresight as to how it should have been positioned to keep the rain off of the bar.)
For the amount of money we paid we certainly did expect a more professional installation without the need for my constant active supervision
