Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Trading Advantage claims to be selling education, but the sales call was all about selling the program of the live signals for day trading and making at least $a month First months guaranteed to make $ During this initial sales call, [redacted] did mention that one could also use their educational program I even asked [redacted] why would anyone bother to do this since all one had to do was to follow the live signals, and his response was rather vague about some people just like to know more Why won't they do what is ethically correct and return my $ They are in fact selling access to live trade signals provided in their "rooms" and they are being disingenuous to deny this Trading Advantage also claims that my lack of funds, my disablilty and my tolerance levels are not their concern, but if they were sincere about helping clients, all of this would be discussed prior to taking a client's money Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is true that I had gone through the education portionWhy wouldn't I do this? I was told to go through the lessons, and thereafter to enter the live trading rooms, and it was only then that it became clear that during the times in which I can, the charts and indicators used in the educational portion wasn't available when I need itAlso on the occasions that I could attend the live trading sessions, I was dependent on those running the sessionsi did log on on the date mentioned, but at the request of trading advantage as they again tried to show me how great the program is (but only if I have the charts and indicators), and I again explained that I was upset with their misrepresentation and how it is impossible to use their systemalso, despite going through the education, there is no way anyone could trade that method without their charts and indicators, to claim otherwise is completely incorrectthere may have been something about refunds, but this was all done over the phone, and their recordings would indicate that no one there mentioned thisThere were many claims made over the phone, but I mentioned them in the initial complaintthank you for hearing me out Sincerely, [redacted]

It is strange that after all this time, you are filing a complaintYou state that the company was trying to up sell you , but you never bought another product You were offered an orientation by our help desk and you were advised that if you had any problems, you could contact the Help Desk This company is very serious about the education it providesYou were also advised that no refunds were offered after the product is purchasedThat was clearly disclosed to you on the paperwork you signedAlthough we will not offer a refund, I can offer an extension of your education and assure that you will not receive any more sales calls

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the same thing they have done in the past which is why it took me so long to do a complaint Actually, that's not really true, because as I stated in my complaint, I tried to contact them by mail and my mail kept getting returned Then when I called to get the correct address it still came back Then I called again and they said oh, you need a suite number So I have got nothing but a runaround from them and then they say, oh, we'll extend your time, same thing they are offering now The education sucks, as I stated in my complaint I was under the impression it was live education, but when you're on live and you ask a question, you may or may not get a response And just because I didn't take the up sell doesn't mean anything They were constantly trying to up sell They call you like they want to help you, then they nice talk you, and then it's well, you want to buy.....something I still want a refund and if they don't want to give me one, then my complaint stands and I will make a complaint anywhere I can find so that no one else makes the same mistake as meEven the original sale, I kept saying no, let me think about it, so they kept lowering the price until they hit a number you'll say yes to It's worse than a used car salesman And the proof is the turnover, because I constantly spoke to a different person because they would tell me the person I asked for was gone That speaks volumes to this company If they were honest and sincere, they would offer at least a partial refund I will tell anyone who will listen not to buy their crappy education!! Apparently, Ms***, has not really explored the education providedAfter her orientation, was instructed to spend time in the Foundation room, a class providing the basics needed to understand our methodologyTrading Advantage provides education, but TA cannot force students to use that educationFurther, her complaint that the materials are "not up to date" is disingenuousLearning about options is a study in mathematics and mathematics don't changeThe written and video materials are part of the foundation, and the up to date material is provided in the live classes every business dayMs [redacted] did view modules but only completed That indicates that she did not provide herself with enough background to understand the more advanced instruction in the live roomsTo criticize TA's education without completing it is not right and does not, in TA;s opinion, merit a refundA student needs to complete the underlying education to understand the more advanced materialsIn this case, Ms [redacted] has not given TA an honest opportunity to educate her

They do not make sense....it is not make about whether they gave me another month to my contract, it is about a contract that I was misled by rushing me into signed electronically right away and controlling my computer by Mike *** which I stopped him do soThe bottom line, Mr*** didn't want me to read the contract by forcedly lying to me and stating that contract is only a copyright protectionOn top of being blindsided by Mr*** he insulted me, belittled me and told me I am from another world where the most people don't read the contractHe also stated I am not a person and I just should live with it and accept itI don't know how many times I ask him to go over the contract and he keeps saying adamantly he will not go over the contract and he told me he will not drop me out the program
Because I was keep bring up the about the contract, he told me I not man enough to him, therefore, he ask me to not contact himWhen I file a disputed with Revdex.com, this is when Tino *** took over and gave me a new revised pages contract frompages originallyWhen I stated about me resigning the contract and refunding the money, he basically ignored me until now until I reopen this case again
I am not too sure Mr***'s reason that he keeps voiding to go over the contractOther than, I have been bullied and downright insulting because I wanted to go over the contractAs for Mr***, after he gave me revised contract, he will not let me resigned and return my refund of dollars and start from freshI feel they are up to no good and take advantaging of naïve person like meIf they did right thing by let me read the contract and I signed it, Yes, I will not have any leg to stand and forfeit my refund but, this is not the case
I really wanted ended this bitter dispute peacefully, and I don't want any part of your trainingAll I wanted is my refund of dollarsBesides, I never started your program and received any orientation due a program login issue
I realized my bank somehow misplaced some of my documents that I previously faxed to them therefore, I will be asking them to reopen my disputed case and to see what documents they are missing, page-by-pageI will also reemphasis how I was misled into e-signing the contract and how I was being downright insulted
After talking to my *** disputed center, reason they did a reverse charge back of dollars to me, they claim I did not response in timely manner of TA rebuttal; therefore, my bank took unilateral and reverse a charge back to me
My argument is they tapped into my computer and having me select a closely match my signature from the list causing to signing the contractOn top of this scheme, after countless requested to go over the contract, they outright insulted me for trying to go over the contractAs you can see, they did not want to me go the contract term by bullying me when I tried to discuss about the contract
As right now, they got my easy money and I don't feel I should be forfeit of my dollars because how I was misled into signing the contract and I don't know what was coming and I got dupedIf they did went over the contract instead insulting and bully me, I would just have accepted and live with the loss even though I still did not like the contract

Mr*** needs to live up to his commitmentsThis matter was resolved.we offered Mr*** additional time and additional products at not charge and he ACCEPTED to offerIn our opinion, this case is closed and it is unknown why Mr*** is trying to reopen itHe was given what he wanted in the agreement made in AugustHe cannot keep coming back and changing is mindthis is why the charge back he requested was DENIED by the credit card companyWhen an agreement is reached it must stand and the company and Mr*** reached an acceptable agreementI have a copy of the e mail to show he accepted the agreement to postpone his calls and receive additional productsHe has not yet contacted the company to advise us that he is now ready to continue(*** E MAIL.pdf)
