The complaint has been settled. Mr. [redacted] returned said vehicle, his finance contract has been terminated and the full refund of his $1,000 down payment has been issued to him from Transitowne Resale Center of Amherst.
Thank you for prompt response to my claim. I want to inform that the problem has been successfully resolved. On Thursday October 2, 2014, after replying to your e-mail, the business contacted me and we scheduled an appointment for my car repair. On Saturday, October 4, 2014, they fixed the dent as they originally agreed upon previously and I am satisfied with the results.

Hello.,
I have not been contacted by the dealership about car repairs or rental reimbursement. All I continue to receive are post cards offering me to trade-in my vehicle in which I cannot do at the time for financial reason.
Attached is a copy of the car repairs paid out of pocket on 9/24/2014. I was advised by [redacted] that it was ok to take it to a local dealership ti be covered under my extended warranty. When I called [redacted] and advised him the parts were not covered, I was advised if I would have brought it to Transitowne these parts would have been covered- yet he advised me I can take it anywhere.
Also attached is a copy of the car rental invoice in which as courtesy was to be paid for since I have taken my car back over 5 times for repairs.
At this point I am asking if not all can be paid, to at least reimburse half of each receipt.
Please let me know if you have anymore questions are need more details.

whenin fact the purchase price was $17775.00 as seen on Vehicle Purchase Agreement signed by [redacted] [redacted]. As too the customer's second point, due to her credit situation at the time the lendingsource charged a 23.99% rate and being less than a year Into a 57 month term would not have gained any equity In the vehicle In such a short time unless additional payments were made to the principalbalance of the loan. The customer can trade with me or any dealership or refinance the vehicle with their own finance source and terms will be based on credit situation at this particular time. Thecustomer stated that the finance source, [redacted] told her that she could be released from the loan because It was less than a year. Under the Dealer Agreement with [redacted] thereare no provisions for this so I would suggest the customer get back In contact with [redacted] to verify that statement. Bad Transitowne Dodge Jeep Experience
As you may know, I just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. I selected to purchase a Jeep Wrangler from Transitowne Jeep on Transit, one that the new Sales rep said the radio had Bluetooth phone connectivity. This option was critical to my purchase decision. We agreed on a price and went through the paperwork and finance and I purchased the vehicle.
After the purchase, I went to my new Wrangler and started it up. I asked how to pair the Bluetooth and the Sr. Sales rep, his 'mentor', said "Oh, this doesn't have Bluetooth, but it can be installed". It was almost 8pm and I had been there since ~3p so I was eager to get home and left.
The next day the sales rep called and said that they could install the Bluetooth, and they'd pay half, the total being around $600. I told him that the best I could do was my half being $200. The rep called me back and said it was doable, that the parts were ~$400 and they'd take care of the labor/install/ We made an appointment to get it installed.
I write this review now in the service area during my appointment after being told that after talking to his manager they can't do that, and we'll have to split the total cost, no labor being included, with a total of about $750. I'll now have to pay ~$375.
I realize that I'm technically getting a "deal" (if you'd call it that) because normally the price would have been more to purchase the vehicle.
I feel as if this otherwise great purchase has been tarnished. I feel as though they should have honored at least one of two promises that they made, that it's either included in the agreed upon price or $200 more. I need the option for my job, being on the road for work and needing to take calls hands-free. I'm not happy with this experience, and being out extra money, and this review is my recourse.

I arranged a service appointment with our Transitowne service facility, in Clarence, NY, to have Miss [redacted]'s concerns diagnosed on 8/4/2014. After a lengthy discussion with the technician performing the diagnosis, we determined the vehicle should be sent to our Transitowne Jeep dealership at 7408 Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY, for further diagnosis. I was able to get Miss [redacted] an appointment at our Jeep service department two days later, August 6th. As of today, the part needed to eliminate the noise coming from the rear of the vehicle arrived. I arranged an appointment scheduled for August 11th at Transitowne Jeep for Miss [redacted] to return for repair of the rear toe link. Any additional concerns will be addressed at that time. I promised Miss [redacted] a full tank of gas to compensate for her inconvenience.

There is no way to dispute the hard pulls on my credit with the bureaus. I have tried but the only option I can dispute is incorrect information about accounts. This does not fall in that category, but I was told that the pulls could be removed if the original creditor removes them.
