TransMerit Merchant Services solicited our company, [redacted] to use their product At first, I was hesitant to use them because of past negative experiences with other companies, but after speaking with Mr Zachary [redacted] I was convinced to use the service a few months ago and so far I have had no issues

The owners of this company may have moved up the block from their old company (Payment Systems Corporation) and created a new company and name but their unethical practices are still very much the sameI was defrauded into making a purchase for a machine that couldn't service my business and although I signed a day trial with them, that paperwork has since disappearedThe sales rep never came back with the copies of my paperwork and since I have a small hair salon I don't have a copier there...I should've taken pictures of all signed documents, my mistake...now I'm fighting them with the information I received from their own rep regarding how my signature was copied and pasted onto another document I'd never even seen before...one other document I signed never even had a specified date on it when I signed it and now my copied version does! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY'RE FRAUDS!!!!
