I don't believe I have the time nor space to adequately explain all I have been through in the credit processing world. I own a small art studio, and prior to becoming the owner, had little experience in the industry of credit card processing. I'll spare you the gory details of past experiences, but spent many a penny getting scammed and cheated with terrible rates, sketchy contracts and loopholes. I am pleased to say that TransMerit, and specifically Processing Director Zach [redacted], were a welcomed change of pace. Zach was able to explain things, even after a departed sales person left me with questions. He held my hand through the process, allowing me to contact him directly for my needs. He worked out rates that benefited my business, ultimately saving me from a likely bankruptcy. He is a wonderful person, and I would recommend his services to anyone seeking understanding, explanation and assistance. He created a situation I could work within and truly saved my business. I'd recommend TransMerit to anyone seeking an honorable, truthful processor. They stood by their word, and really made things work for me.

In the beginning I was disappointed to cooperate with this company, but when I start dealing with Brittney Pereida, she explain everything very well and she was honest about the things she was promised about. Brittney had handled my account with no problem till now, thank you Brittney.

The owners of this company may have moved up the block from their old company (Payment Systems Corporation) and created a new company and name but their unethical practices are still very much the same. I was defrauded into making a purchase for a machine that couldn't service my business and although I signed a 30 day trial with them, that paperwork has since disappeared. The sales rep never came back with the copies of my paperwork and since I have a small hair salon I don't have a copier there...I should've taken pictures of all signed documents, my mistake...now I'm fighting them with the information I received from their own rep regarding how my signature was copied and pasted onto another document I'd never even seen before...one other document I signed never even had a specified date on it when I signed it and now my copied version does! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY'RE FRAUDS!!!!

These people were claiming they were saving me money but it turns out they are a lot more than what I use to pay and they have all these hidden fees. I wanted to cancel but hey won't let me. Don't go with them, typical bait and switch. Don't let them have you sign up right away to lock in some fictitious rates. Look over everything carefully and demand everything in writing and not just their word for it. Make them rewrite the contract.

Sunnya [redacted] came by today to offer us a great deal but unfortunately my boss is out of town, if I could I would buy from her.

The information that Sebastian bring to el roble restaurant was very helpfull, I will wait a month to get my statements and I am waiting to see how much money can transmerit save me, they have offered the best rateselection that I have heard of and I received like 5 calls last month from different companies so this will be the best one to work with

Good service offers, but the agents are missing a folder or informative trifold to leave with the clients so we can come back at them, in really like what they offer but at the moment I am in a contract and don't want to cancel it, thanks for the information Sebastian
