After being closed for the Thanksgiving day hoiliday l I received a call from my representative Marcy Pittman to see if everything was ok and that our equipment was running properly she noticed we had not batched out I several days and that was unusual for us Never in my years of business have I ever received such nice consern for my business I would recommend them highly to anyone *** *** Fine Food Too

Stay away from Transmerit. I own a spa in downtown Chicago, Transmerit promised lower fees but I ended up paying more than double. When I tried to understand why it is not what I was told when I first signed up, they told me they would look into it which took about a month and a half, then when I tried following up with unreasonably high fees, they told me that they will try to submit a request to lower my fees which never happened. They also charged me fees for two months which was almost $500 when I never had the possession of the machines. When I finally got the machines after a month and a half, they were not set up correctly according to the contracts as they promised it's within their ability to have the functions I'd like to have on them, another month for them to set it up when I was still being charged when I was not using their service and still had my previous merchant service. When the machines were finally set up right like how they were supposed to be at the first place according to the contracts, I found out I am paying more than double of what I used to pay for my previous merchant service. Also, whenever there was a problem with the machines, they would always tell me to call the other company because "that is not what they do". Now I am in the process of preparing filing a charge against Transmerit with my lawyer. Extra expenses on the lawyer at the rate of 350/hr just for something so small and considering how much the time and energy I wasted on trying to work with them but never got a direct answer or never knew why I am paying way more when I was promised the opposite. The unnecessary work just to get myself out of their shady contracts is ridiculously insane. Definitely the worst and shadiest company I've ever worked with. A total a waste of time energy and money. Never done anything right never even tried to but only put me off and still charges me almost $1000 a month.

Switching to TransMerit was a great decision for my company. They are quick to help and get back to me in a timely manner. Marcy was great and always followed up with any questions or concerns.

Your sales agent stopped by our shop today and she was very impressive and polite and at the moment even though I don't need anything. I thought you should know.
