I spoke with Steffany S [redacted] , and I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior in my lifeShe was disrespectful and really didn't need to treat me the way that she did

Today I received my first collection call in my lifetime related to a debt I find out that I owed from a surgical procedure I had in fall of It is August and I received a telephone call from representative at Transworld Systems Inc who stated that he was calling to collect a debt I inquired about the debt and advised in a recorded statement that I was unaware of the debt and that I would contact the doctor's office or surgical center to square up The debt collector continued to harass me asking questions of me as follows: "Are you saying you are not going to pay this debt?" "Are you saying you do not owe this debt?" "Are you saying you forgot you had this procedure done?" I simply advised that I would pay any amounts owed to the company I owed it to directly I had to find out what amounts were still owed I would never offer up a payment over the phone to someone so disrespectful to me I was horrified It was the most unpleasant phone experience I've ever had and my first with a debt collector The agent should be reviewed The call is recorded The doctor's office and surgical center has been notified of the harassment and disrespectful nature of the debt collection agency And by the way, the debt is paid

We make every effort to totally satisfy our customers Our warranty does cover breakage and replacement parts I am checking on the status of her replacement parts Our windows and parts come from the manufacturer, operating is covered under the glass breakage warranty, any reason for the glass breaking is not covered under the warranty, there is a charge under some conditionsI think her window parts and glass is covered We did send the information to the manufacturer I am checking on her service parts and replacement The parts usually take a few weeks to come back Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not my debt Any payments or money owed to [redacted] was taken care of on my end Transworld Systems sending me a copy of my final bill in no way validates this debt If I throw away a bill in the garbage and someone picks it up and says "hey, I have your bill, now you owe me", does that mean I owe them any money? No Maybe *** got something mixed up going thru this system change and switching account numbers that Transworld speaks of and thats why it's showing as it does I would like for this account to be removed/deleted from my credit report and for Transworld Systems to cease collection activity Regards, [redacted] ***
