We always have and will always take responsibility for our actions.  In this case we are not at fault and are not liable for any of this home owner's broken window.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The business called me this morning 5/14/14 to schedule the repairs for next Wednesday.  I will wait until Wednesday 5/21/2014 for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Thank you for your assistance.

They came today to remove a big tree and to trim up our other tree, they did a fantastic job. I was so impressed with how quick and efficient they were. The clean up was impeccable . I would call them again and I would recommend them to take care of any tree service you would need. Great job! Thank you.

I would highly recommend Tree Pros!I had a highly unusual and challenging job, which they handled. I had numerous other companies bid on the job and either declined or were going to charge an outrageous amount.they were fast and thorough. They showed up on time, even a little early.

Thank you Tree Pros!!!

I am always happy with the services tree pros provide. They have taken care of my trees for several years

Regards,

I hired this company to trim my front yard trees and feed my shrubs on Monday (06-23-14). The trim looked fine. However, five days later (06-28-14) a huge branch on the tree snapped leaning into my other tree, dragging on the ground and into one of my shrubs. I contacted the company on 06-28-14 and was informed no one could come out until the middle of the next week (07-02-14) to assess what needed to be done. I told the what the problem was and how bad it looked (I also sent pictures) to no avail. I am now looking for someone who can repair the damage that has been done to my tree and hopefully to save the tree. Otherwise it may have to be removed. This is the worse service I have ever encounter. I learned a lesson from using a so called professional arborist to the sum of $590.

Your crew just finished removing our huge Acacia tree from our back yard.

WHAT A PROFESSIONAL CREW!!! It was amazing how your 1 man was able to cut that tree down by himself.

They all were very safety minded and were very careful to not damage anything in our yard. He and his ground crew were awesome!

They cleaned up after the job and left the yard better than it was before they showed up.

Kudos's to the entire crew. I would, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone I knew that needed tree work done,

Thanks so much!

Review: On 8/15/14 I got an estimate to remove a down tree in backyard and prune an olive tree and two cypress. I accepted the bid and work was done a couple days later. The down tree was removed but the crew did not seem aware and/or capable of trimming the olive tree and shaping the cypress . I canceled work on those items and gave the foreman a check for the down tree removal and trip, fuel, dump fee the day work was done.

Since then I have gotten 5 phone calls asking for payment of $175 for work that was not done. See e-mail record below.

Subj: Re: Tree Pros

[redacted],

I have attached the original work order.

Line 3 - Willow Acacia , cut up and haul 350.00

Line 7 - 1 Olive, structural prune 75.00

Line 9 - 2 Italian Cypress, shape etc 100.00

Trip fuel and dump 35.00

Work on line 3 was completed. The crew did not seem aware and/or capable of trimming the olive tree and shaping the cypress even when I pointed out they could go on the deck. Language may have been an issue. I canceled the line 7 & 9 work on the olive tree and cypress and asked them just to remove the acacia tree. You can confirm this with your crew chief that removed my tree that day.

I paid a deposit of 280.00 with check 2967 and after work was completed for line 3, I paid the balance of 350.00 (line 3) and trip fee 35.00 minus the deposit 280.00 = 105.00 with check [redacted] given to the crew chief.

I have had 4 phone calls since then with various people from Tree Pro requesting a balance of 175.00 be paid. I told the same thing I am telling you, work was not done on line 7 and 9 items for the reasons I outlined. I am not sure why Tree Pros keeps requesting me to pay for work that was not done. Please update your records.

Sincerely,

Tree Pros [redacted] 1/13/15 Today I had a call from [redacted] at TreePros requesting payment. I told her of email I sent to [redacted] on 12/2/14 and was told they did not have a record and he was no longer employed there. I forwarded her the e-mail of which she acknowledged receipt.Desired Settlement: TreePros updates their records and stop calling me about an invoice that has been paid in full.

Response:

I sincerely apologize for the experience the customer had regarding this situation. It is not a practice of Tree Pros, to ask a customer to pay for something that we haven't performed or delivered. The initial order that went out was to include those trees to be trimmed and unfortunately information that part of the order was cancelled on site was not relayed properly during this whole ordeal in order for us to avoid this. In an effort to make amends, I would like to offer the customer to come out and trim his Olive Tree & Italian Cypress Trees at no charge.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I appreciate your offer of trimming the trees at no cost but I do not plan to take the offer. I am happy with the billing resolution.

Review: The men who came to service our trees broke a window in our bedroom. We already have one large window broke and we told them that we knew about it. But the window that is now broke also is right where the trees that were removed is at, and the company is trying to tell us that it isn't in the direct line of them. The window has a pitted whole where a rock would have hit it pretty hard. The other window is cracked and has lines in it. I have called numerous times and have been told the supervisor was not available. Today I called again and was told they don't feel their responsible for it. We do not agree with their response.Desired Settlement: We would like them to replace the window they broke. They had no problem taking our money but they are being irresponsible for the damages they have caused us now.

Business

Response:

Our crew arrived at the property to perform the work and upon conducting their site inspection prior to beginning any work had seen that the windows were already damaged. They immediately called and reported that information before proceeding. We deny any claim that our crew damaged any of this customers windows and take no responsibility to replace them.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We do not agree with the business response due to fact their field supervisor came out to inspect the damage done to our window and he agreed it was struck by a flying rock. He said he would get back to us after he spoke to his owner. We had to call them and ask when they would be fixing the broken window and each time they answered they would get back to us. Before we decided to get in touch with the Revdex.com we were informed that they sent us an email to let us know that they were not going to fix our window. We have yet to receive any type of email. We do have pictures showing just how close the trees were to the window in question.

We always have and will always take responsibility for our actions. In this case we are not at fault and are not liable for any of this home owner's broken window.

Everything went smoothly, from estimate to trimming to clean-up. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Review: On 8-14-2015 I contracted for the following work: Remove and replace a tree, Superfeed Maintenance Products for the Palms, replace all irrigation valves and run new irrigation lines to palms, and add organic soil treatment for the palms - total estimate - $3390. A $1200 deposit was made via CC. About a week later the tree was removed. The $1200 charge hit my credit card on 8-24-2015. There were issues with the irrigation feed lines and work couldn't begin until we met (I don't reside at the address). After a couple of attempts we finally met to go over the issue and formulate a plan which resulted in an additional $800. The work was actually started on 12-4 (other than the tree removal - $465). Subtract $465 from the $1200 dollar deposit, they were sitting on $765 of my money for more than 3 months. The work could not be completed on the 4th so carried over to the 7th. However on 4th they charged my credit card without any notification or authorization for the balance of - of $2190. The work was completed on the 7th and they charged my CC for the remaining $800 again without notification or authorization. I talked to Penny in their accounting dept. about my displeasure that they charged my CC when I had not signed off on the completed work and she agreed to reverse it until Dan and I could do a walk through . I also informed her of the deposit without performing any work and that the 2 treatments had not been performed. She said the treatments had been done in August, I said I had no proof (phone call scheduling it or paperwork left at the home). She said she would check on a credit for the held deposit. Daniel and I met on 12/14 and determined that there was some work they needed to do to support the newly planted tree. On 12/16 my CC was charged $800, again without notification or authorization. The 3 issues I have are: 1 - charging my CC without authorization, 2-no proof of treatment , 3 - charging CC for final payment when work still remains.Desired Settlement: Credit for the work I have no proof they completed:

Superfeed Maintenance products - $165.00

Soil Injections/Treatments of Palms - $200.00

Credit for holding $765 for more than 3 months.

I appreciate you providing us an opportunity to look into your concern and provide you a fair solution. After carefully reviewing your account and history, I am showing that the following services were completed at your property: Tree Removal, Planting, Deep Root Feeding, and Irrigation. We scheduled and completed the service to add the stake support to your trees yesterday, 12/22/2015, as promised. Unfortunately, we did fail to deliver the maintenance products as you originally requested. We will be reimbursing you $177.87 for the Vital-Care products as soon as possible. If you prefer to have the products delivered, I can make sure that they are delivered no later than Thursday of next week. I am sorry that your experience with our company was a disappointing one. We will be implementing changes to make the scheduling and billing process a smoother one. I hope that you consider us for your future tree and yard care needs. We appreciate your business. Thank you for your time.

They made an unauthorized charge on my credit card after waiting the weekend to call them they did own up to their mistake and are refunding my money. If you do business with them, just be sure to check your charge card

Review: This business contracted to install an irrigation system in my back yard. Part of that contract, specifically the Fertigation System described on line 24, was not installed correctly resulting in an unusable system. I have been trying to resolve this for several weeks with many broken promises of call backs, appointments, etc. I've been calling and dealing with [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] all of which promised to call me back but never do. It's up to me to keep calling only to receive another "We'll call back" statement. At one point they were schedulled to come and fix the problem (April 24, 2014) but the problem still isn't fixed. When I called to find out why, [redacted] told me that this was done outside of the contract and that they lost money and therefore someone else would call me. I even gave him the line number on the contract clearly showing the item and service. I have a copy available if needed. I called several times since and as of yet no one has called me to discuss a resolution.

Not part of this complaint but from the start there were issues of misrepresentation from discussions during negotiations with the sales person and the actual contract. This resulted in me paying for some services I would never have agreed to knowing the price. Even the re-negotiated price was far more than previously paid to other companies for the same service.Desired Settlement: I simply want someone to fix the installation so I can use my system. Here is what was done incorrectly: The Fertigation System was installed but instead of installing it in the main valve box, it looked like it was forgotten and therefore installed in a much smaller box next to it. Because this system uses gallon bottles of fertilizer connected to it, they won't fit inside the small round box used (pictures available) thereby rendering the system useless.

Business

Response:

Our objective is to fulfill our contract, unfortunately some of the wording is vague and left up to interpretation and has led to this issue. We will accept full responsibility for that and will work with Mr. [redacted] to provide a better solution to the Fertigation System being installed into a container that will fit both the system and the bottles necessary to fertilize his plants. Our service department will contact Mr. [redacted] to schedule a time to come out ot complete this. We apologize for any miscommunication and frustration he has experienced and hope we can swiftly rectify this situation for him.

Tree Pro's are the PRO'S in Tree Service. The crew was very professional and courteous. Insured that no landscape was damage in removal of 20 foot Acacia tree.

Review: I call for tree feeding, salesman came out and told us to properly ater the trees we needed a "spider" system which they could install. We agreed to have it installed. He said the trees needed to water for a longer duration than the rest of the landscape to obtain a deep root soaking. I was told the irrigation boxes would be set flush with the grade and the timer would be reviewed and adjusted to water properly. Salesman said call him any time and he would drop by if I had any questions or issues.

The required 50% down up front which we paid and was told that someone would call and schedule the work. I received a message to call back so they could schedule the work. I called back and was put on hold 3 times, once for over 3 minutes and they still couldnt figure out who was suppose to schedule the work. They asked me to call back after lunch and schedule which I did.

They showed up and installed the soaker systems and left. The timer had not been adjusted, the boxes were all protruding atleast 6" above grade and when I went out later to look at their system in the boxes a lot of the 1/4" lines were crimped which was restricting flow.

I called the salesman and left a message. He called back the next day and said he would have it all taken care of. I received a call to schedule a guy to come out. He called the day he was scheduled to come out and said he was in Awatukee and would be by later (it was after 4 pm) I told him this wasn't life or death and he could schedule it for another day. He said he would be in the area in a couple days (a Thursday I believe) and would be by at 3:30. He didn't show up and I did not receive a call.

I waited a couple days to give him a chance to call which he never did so I call the office and asked for the General Manager. I was quizzed as to why I wanted to talk to him and I said I was unhappy with service and again asked for the GM. The guy said he wasn't in but would have him call me as soon as he got back. About 15 minutes later I received a call from the field guy that was a no show and he apologized for not coming by but would get right out. He came by, looked at the system and said they had put the wrong dispersement valves on and checked the timer and said that they had mentioned that the treees and shrubs were not completely seperated onto 2 seperate lines. I asked why [redacted] had not checked that before he sold me the system since this would cause shurbs to over watered in ordwer to water the trees as he proposed. [redacted] sia that he could fix it but would have to come back with the correct parts. This was on Friday the 29th of May. I told him that was fine but make sure nd communicate with me so I know what is going on. He said he would call the office right away and get it scheduled. Wednesday 6-2 I received a call scheduling [redacted] for Friday and he would call before showing up. I received a call on Friday late morning and [redacted] said it was raining where he was in Central Phx and wanted to know if it was rainingg here. I went out and looked to see what it weather looked like and told him it was clear but dark toward the East.

He said he didn't want to dig up my yard and get rained out leaving a muddy mess but perferred to come out the next day, Saturday at 7-7:30 am. I told him okay. This morning we stayed home waiting. Did not receive a call or see [redacted] so at 10:45 am I went to [redacted], bought the bubblers I needed and removed all of the tubing, boxes and valves that they had installed and re-installed the bubblers as was before. I noticed on my phone that the tech had left a message saying that he hadn't forgot about me that he was lining out a crew and would be over shotly. It is currently 11:40am and I still have not seen the tech. I have boxed up the material they installed and am returning it to him ,if he shows up, and asking that I be reimbursed for the portion if funds that was paid for the irrigation installation. He finally showed up @ 12:00 pm. I took the box of parts out and gave they to him and said thanks.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate being reimbursed for the amount of money I paid Tree Pro for the irrigation system the improperly installed. ($850) All materials used will be returned.

Review: I hired Arizona Tree Pros in November of 2013 to trim several trees on my property. In addition to not completing the original requested work properly, the bill presented to me was not the correct amount based on the written quote that was originally provided. When I originally contacted Tree Pros about the incorrect trees being trimmed and the incorrect bill they indicated they would have a customer support representative([redacted]) contact me. [redacted] did indeed contact me and promised to send another crew out to my house and trim the correct trees and correct the billing issue. Their crew came out a 2nd time and again trimmed the wrong tree. Instructions were clearly provided as a tree on the east side of my property next to the driveway, the incorrect tree that they trimmed twice was on the side of my house. The bill was never corrected. Since their crew came to my house the second time in early December I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email, and phone. I have left phone messages with several of their employees with no return phone call. [redacted] has emailed me their bill several times and each time I reply to his email stating that I need someone to contact me regarding this issue and that my bill is incorrect. It has been almost two months and I have not been contacted by anyone at Tree Pros. I have since had to hire and pay another tree service company to provide the services that I had originally hired them to perform.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a bill for the services they initially provided in November, which was trimming three palms trees. I dont believe I should be responsible for charges associated with them trimming trees I did not instruct them to trim. The total charges associated with the three palm trees should total $135.00 based on estimate number [redacted] which was provided on 11/13/2013. The invoice number I am referring to is [redacted].

Response:

We apologize for the experience Mr. [redacted] has had with our company. We appreciate him using our company over the last 4 years and certainly did not mean for this to happen. We will be adjusting his invoice according as he has requested. We will try to learn from this incident to improve the flow of information from the Arborist's/Estimators to the crews performing the work going forward. We hope that Mr. [redacted] will look past this particular mishap and give us another chance in the future.

Regards,

I live in [redacted] Storms are rare. However, a storm happened today and a tree fell onto my house. This company saved my day with their exceptional customer service: promptness and professionalism. A special thanks to [redacted] and [redacted] went the extra mile, which I would like to hearty thank him for! I would strongly recommend this company to everyone !

[redacted], [redacted]

Tree Pro's recently trimmed 3 three trees at my residence. The trim does to the three trees was okay , but the clean up was poor. I have spent 2 hrs + cleaning the twigs, branches and debris left behind by Tree Pro's. The site was not raked or cleaned in any fashion. I found cut limbs up to 2-3" dia left in shrubbery and still hanging in the tree.
