I am rejecting this response because:
I did contact the school, and no one can provide me with information nor proof. I sent TG copy of my passport, showing the date stamps from the day/year I left the country to the year I returned. Since both insist this debt is mine, I filed a complaint with the DOE, The Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer Protection; I also requested that TG sends me the forms I need (per DOE), so I am now waiting for them. TG collections department uses intimidation and harassment as part of their practices and they cost me a job. I will continue to fight this until is corrected. The last time I went to college was 1995! Both TG and CTU Online need to be stopped, for they are a scam.

I have reviewed Ms[redacted] complaint, as well as Trellis hlstory pertaining to her account. In fact, t have responded to multiple complaints previously filed by Ms. Baker.Ms. [redacted] paid her Trellis account In full in December 2016. This information was communicated to the credit reporting agencies....

The last reporting occurred February 2B, 2017, with Trell(s reporting a status of "paid to full—was collection".If Ms. [redacted] disagrees with the how this information Is represented on her credit report, she may wish to make an inquiry with the credit reporting agencies, The status reported by Trellis is correct,Additionally, had previously advised Ms. [redacted] to provide Trellis with a copy of her credit report so that we could investigate further. Mr. [redacted] and I had a long telephone conversation regarding the history of his account, both with his prior servicer as well as the period since Trellis came to hold the account.  We discussed Trellis' role and its agreement with the U.S. Department of Education (ED).  I explained to Mr....

[redacted] that if he has questions regarding the school's certification of federal student loans and how those loans were applied to his student account at the school, then he needed to discuss that with the school.  Additionally, Trellis records indicate that its credit bureau reporting is correct, relative to his current status here.  Therefore, if he disputes information that is being reported by the bureaus, he would need to specifically address those matters with them.  We also discussed his recent Federal Consolidation application that he submitted to ED and the advantages, along with additional options he will gain should his application be approved.  Should Mr. [redacted] have additional questions, he may contact me at ([redacted]-[redacted].[redacted], Ombudsman, Trellis

I attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] via telephone on multiple occasions since receiving this complaint in hopes of discussing her matter, leaving messages with my contact information each time.  She failed to follow up with me, so I followed up with a letter today addressing her...

[redacted]     Re: Case #[redacted]   Dear Ms. [redacted] I received a telephone message from your customer who received my letter dated 6/24/15 in response to his concerns about Texas Guaranteed (TG).   While Mr. [redacted] states that TG is permitted to give your agency a copy of the outgoing response, TG is not able to comply with a verbal release. Per the law, (U.S. Code 3404), TG requires out customers to provide a privacy release through a signed and dated written statement. I have attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] on multiple occasions to hopefully discuss her options. The first such call was made to her on June 30th, when I left my callback information.  I have not heard back from her.  Additionally, based on history comments, the last time that anyone at TG...

had contact with Ms. [redacted], she requested that TG follow up with her on June 30th in regard to information that she would provide at that time to assist in determining her options.  Multiple follow up attempts in that regard have been made by others here at TG, to no avail.  TG is willing to assist Ms. [redacted] if she will take, or return our calls.  I can typically be reached Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm, if she wishes to contact me.  Otherwise, I will continue to reach out to her.[redacted], Ombudsman, TG
