It was my first experience refinancing my car so I had a lot of questions and concerns but Robert guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions in time by phone call, text or email. He was very professional and knowledgeable all the time.

Do not do business with this place. It has taken over two months to purchase a truck from this location. I have been working with *** and it has been a complete nightmare. She is of zero assistance. I transferred the down payment from my credit union to their bank (*** bank) on March 12, 2020. Today is March 21 and she claims it still has not gone through the system. I sent emails and getting no response. Please, save yourself the headache and purchase somewhere else.

Do not do business with this place. It has taken over two months to purchase a truck from this location. I have been working with *** and it has been a complete nightmare. She is of zero assistance. I transferred the down payment from my credit union to their bank (*** bank) on March 12, 2020. Today is March 21 and she claims it still has not gone through the system.
