A work order has been issued for the container retrieval which should occur within the week depending on cart delivery/collection volumes.  Customer Service Reps are cancelling the account and processing applicable refund..

find that this resolution is acceptable to me. It is not a fully satisfactory response, as I would like for the oil spot to be cleaned up which the [redacted] (now Red River Waste) garbage pickup truck leaked onto our front curb.

This customer states we have damaged their large commercial container however we show them only being a residential customer with a small 96 gallon container.  We don’t pick up those large containers so we will not be replacing that.

In regards to the check being cashed, the customer utilizes a bill pay system with her bank so the check was debited from her account upon the cutting of the check by the bank.  We had not however received the check yet on our side.  It was sent in error to the old vendor who collected...

checks and just recently sent them to us.  We received the check and cashed it on 11/29/16.  This account has since been cancelled as per the customer's request and a refund will be issued for the check balance on this account.   When our customer service reps had mentioned prior that we had not received the check, they were correct as we had not yet received it even though it showed as cashed by the customer.  The customer saw it as cashed since the bank takes the money from their account prior to cutting the check to RRWS however there was a delay between that and when we actually received it.

I show that the account has been cancelled and a credit for missed services issued to the account.

Per the notes on the account, the account has been cancelled and a work order to collect the can is in process along with applicable refund.

Due to our processing backlog, we are currently taking a couple of weeks to fully process a customer's refund.  We do show a submitted check request dated 1/26/17 that is in process of being refunded.

We apologize for the inconvenience during this transition.  Our local staff is working to correct all misses and complete the daily routes on the scheduled day of service.  The staff has added additional resources to the operation in order to rectify this issue.

Our local staff from this location is working on processing a refund to the customer per notes on her account on 12/23/2016.

I have confirmed via our local staff that the container has been picked up from the customer as requested by the customer.  As this was his desired settlement, I would consider this resolved and closed.Thank you.

This is the second complaint that I have filed with the Revdex.com. It concerns basically the same thing. I cancelled my service with...

them on January 31, 2017. I have called the local office here at ###-###-#### several times during the last 34 months inquiring about my refund which they seem not to want to give me. I guess because I have reported them to you and to consumer affairs. They are keeping money that is not rightful theirs and I would like my refund. I called them at their home office number that I was given by the local office ###-###-#### and got a voice mail. I stated that I was giving them 1 week from today (4/20/17) to mail my refund or I would get an attorney of which I have a friend and also report them again to consumer affairs. I don't remember the complaint number that I had before but maybe it can be looked up.Regards,

I can confirm that all three refund checks are being cut today and mailed out.

I am rejecting this response because:  The trash bin was finally picked up on February 20 but I have not heard anything about a refund.  I cancelled back in January and no one has communicated regarding how long it will take to refund my prepayment for months that were cancelled or no services were received, or if I will even be refunded at all.  I feel a refund for the entire first quarter is warranted.
