As has been reported on our Facebook page, we have been experiencing some logistical issues related to our new route schedules. Our staff is fully aware of the service issues and they are working relentlessly to correct the service interruptions. Our call volume has also backed up our voicemail...

system which is being attend to regularly. We will be running miss routes all day on Saturday (1/21/17) and Monday (1/23/17) to collect from customers who have reported service misses/interruptions this week. To insure we receive your message, we ask that you email our customer service department at [redacted] so that your service address can be added to the miss routes on Saturday. I am rejecting this response because:I have trash STILL...

sitting, waiting to be picked up. Other home owners have had their trash picked up already yet others who have Red River are still not receiving services we have paid for and still run the risk of getting yet another letter from the Home Owner Association,  this time with a fee or legal action threatened. I am tired of being put off, it's been almost 2 weeks since I started trying to contact this business and I have yet to receive a response to actually address my issue.

I am rejecting this response because: This should not need to be researched.  Red River has been sending me monthly statements for the past 8 months showing a credit balance.  I have made numerous calls since...

May 2017 to get this resolved.   Most recently I spoke to [redacted] in the Elizabethtown office on Jan. 29 and was advised the check request sent on Dec. 14 2017 and takes 7 - 14 days to process.  Why the other dozen times I've called hasnt resulted in a check request is beyond me. Again, enough with the run around, and send the refund immediately.Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: this is the story I keep getting and nothing is resolved. Trash still not pickup up. Has been sitting there for 5 days and 6 nights. I live in a nice neighborhood and my trash is the only bin that's sits there all week. Sick of it.

We apologize for any inconvenience our changes in routes and processes may have caused.  We are working to correct these issues and will notify customers if there are delays in the picking up of your trash.

Good Morning...I have forwarded this issue to out site to resolve the mentioned issues.

After working with our Sr. Accountant and talking to the Regional Manager in Nashville, our system shows that we attempted to pick up Mr. Hopkins trash twine in 1 week to make up for the miss.  Both times his trash was not out. When a customer cancels at mid-month, no credit will be issued....

   We have attempted 3 times to pick up our cart and all 3 times, our cart is behind his fence.  He currently has a charge on his account for our unreturned cart fee of $65.00.

The request has been forwarded on for processing and refund.

We mailed [redacted] refund of $50.30 on 2.12.2018.

We have instructed our staff to cancel the account per the customer's request and issue a refund for the amount paid.

This request has been forwarded on to our local staff for cancellation, collection of the can, and applicable refund.

This customer has since cancelled their service and are no longer with us.

The account balance has been adjusted to reflect a zero balance.

According to our notes, we have not had any additional call in’s about missed trash from this customer.  My understanding from the local group is that people are being picked up regularly now and on their scheduled day.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered through our route changes.  I have researched your account and show that under the new route schedules, you are a Thursday route pick-up.  I have forwarded your information to our Local Operations group to advise of the misses. ...

They anticipate to close that your street tomorrow 2/4/17 and then on Thursdays going forward.

Refunds are currently taking approximately 6 weeks to process.
