Great customer service and very helpful with any questions or issues. Always very polite and professional.

Triangle Pest Control has always been most helpful in solving problems I have had with insects. If there is a problem they are there to correct it very soon. I would recommend them to anyone who desires great service and results..

They do a great job communicating to us by ahead of time by email so we know when our service will be completed. The technician called to let us know he was on the way. He professionally introduced himself and told us what he was going to do and made sure he answered any questions we may have had. They will come back out, no questions asked, to re-treat if pests are seen between services. They offer services that are very helpful for my family.

Triangle Pest Control has been consistent and professional with the service they provide. They are very quick to respond to any concerns or questions you may have.

Triangle Pest is a great company who offer great services at reasonable prices. Their staff is always helpful and very courteous. We have had the pleasure of working with Mr. [redacted], one of their technicians, for years and have recommended him to many of our friends.

Never received a promised return call, nor a promised refundTriangle Pest Control came out on 7/11/15 to perform services since there had been brown recluse spiders noted throughout the home and outside the home. The technician came and stated there was not such thing as brown recluse spiders in our area. The home was treated and not even a month later, there were brown recluse spiders seen inside the home. We called to cancel the services less than a month after initial service since obviously treatment was ineffective; we never signed a contract with them however they stated we would have to pay for the one time service which was more than the $150 initial fee that was charged since we were not going to continue services even though they're services were ineffective and according to their website they have a 100% guarantee of all their work and their treatments are supposedly effective for a longer period of time. We had to have a conversation with someone on the phone explaining that indeed there were brown recluse spiders in the home because they still tried to state that there are no such thing in the "area" we are in; so questions and explanations were asked of us even though it states not questions asked in their guarantee. The manager stated he would get back to us with a status on a refund. A week went by and no one ever called. After us calling them back they agreed to a refund which we have yet to receive. Consumer Response /[redacted]/There were two other people who identified the spiders in the home as brown recluse one of which is a military professional who treats brown recluse bites on a daily basis in NC. Regardless of whether or not the spiders were brown recluse, we were still seeing spiders just a few weeks after they came to treat. On 8/14 when we called about the problem we were repeatedly told there was no such thing as brown recluse spiders in this area so we decided to cancel services since they seemed to dismiss our concerns and we never signed a contract agreement either. We spoke of the refund for the $30 reoccurring fee as well as the $149 original fee refunded since treatment was obviously not effective. We did not decline them coming back out as a matter of fact the manager stated they would have liked to send someone out for "learning purposes" since we were still seeing the spiders and we stated we were ok with that, however they never followed with actually sending someone. On 8/15 no one called us. As a matter we never received a call back from anyone. We called on 8/24 since no one called back as promised on 8/15 the day after we spoke to the manager and spoke to a customer service representative; not the manager who stated that he saw the refund for $30 however it was not processed for some reason and was going to process it. We were never offered to have someone come out at that time either. No one called on 8/15 especially not a manager. My phone records show absolutely not phone calls from anyone at Triangle Pest Control on 8/15. The reason we are now requesting the $149 back is due to poor service (insects were still seen in the home not even a month after treatment; even though they offered to send someone out they never followed up with sending anyone and no it was never declined) There is supposedly a 100% guarantee on their work and it was not effective; not only that but we are still waiting on the promised refund of $30 that was also never processed. As a matter of fact no one ever followed up nor provided the promised refund. We have been using Triangle Pest Control since we moved to the area in 2008. Nothing but the best from this company. Fast and same day service when needed. Always sends you a reminder when your next service is scheduled which can be modified by a simple phone call if needed.

Awful service. Bought service to perform exterior and interior. Yet when I made the appointment they mentioned they do no include the lawn as part of the monthly contract rate. It is an additional 100.00 to perform monthly yard sprays. 100.00 A MONTH just for the yard! They also are falsely advertising a living social deal. They advertise 200.00 exterior and interior. When asking why they advertise as exterior their response is they spray within 2 feet of the exterior. That is NOT the exterior. LOL

Great company. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

Excellent technician. GOod customer service. Easy scheduling.
