My experience with Triangle Pest Control has always been positive. Their staff is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable while not being overbearing by trying to sell services you don't want or need. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been a customer of Triangle Pest Control for several years for both termite and bug services. We have the Healthy Home service currently. Their technicians are the most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional that I have ever met. Their treatments (non-toxic to you and your pets) really work, and their fees are much less than the other pest control companies. Their service guarantee (if you see a bug, they'll come back and treat at no cost to you) is the icing on the cake too. Highly recommend!

I've been very pleased with every tech who's ever come to service our property for ants, mosquitoes, indoor and outdoor pests. Each person takes extra time to explain, listen, and offer observations. They never act like they have other places to go, but like I'm their most important customer.
At least three times when mosquitoes appear before the 30 days is up, a tech is here within 24 hours to spray. We love being able to use our backyard and deck almost immediately after the service, and we have woods and water nearby.
On the phone, the people are also friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

We have been using Triangle Pest Control for many years and have always been happy with the service they provide. They send reminder emails indicating when service will be performed and even include a picture of the technician who will be conducting service. If any problems arise between treatments they are very accommodating and will come out for additional service to troubleshoot the problem areas. I would highly recommend Triangle Pest Control as they are very professional and provide great service!

I contacted a rep and made a appointment. On the day of the appointment he called and canceled. Said he would have to reschedule. Never called back. I called the home office and they sent a different rep. After meeting with him we tried to identify the problem. Said he would call to discuss a course of action. Never called me back. This is not the action of a professional. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that wants to be treated professionally.
