When I called to schedule my service, [redacted] was friendly and helpful. She covered the different programs available and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. And although not the technician I was expecting, [redacted] was on time, professional and informative. As this was my initial treatment he gave a full explanation of everything he was doing and how it would help with the problems I reported. This was just my initial contact with Triangle Pest Control but so far it has been a positive experience.

Triangle Pest Control has done a great job with our home during the past 18 months. We had an ant infestation which they completely eradicated. The technician is professional and responsive to our family situation with a toddler and pets. The scheduled services are well communicated and they are flexible if the visit requires an indoor treatment. The best part is their same day service in an ant re-invasion scenario.

We had the best experience with Triangle Pest Control. I called on a Friday and they were able to get an inspection appointment set up on the next day, Saturday. [redacted], the technician, was the best. He was extremely knowledgeable, didn't try and sell us services we didn't need, and was incredibly patient and kind to us. Overall the service was speedy, and this is a great company.
