Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I explained to the rep on the phone that I would gladly return the product; however, was told that there was no reason to since I had not cancelled by the date of July Again, I looked online and saw that the business hours listed as Monday through Friday 9-6, when I was given a date of Saturday to call back I was not told that they were not open on Saturday [redacted] told me they are open on Saturday and that there is nowhere on the website it says they are closed Saturday; however, that is where I got the phone number and email to respond I will forward that screenshot as well I ONLY accepted the 60% because he refused to accept the fact that I had emailed the cancellation on Saturday and even after I told him I was at the post office to mail it back, told me not to I will still mail it back if that will get me the remainder of my money back When I had called initially, they told me that if I cancelled at the end of the trial but didn't send it back, I would be charged $I believe to keep the remaining product I believe Trimgenix tries to fool people into extending the trial offer specifically to charge them for not returning the product If they had told me that I would only be charged the $for not returning it, I would have agreed but will continue to fight this as I feel this business has a very shady business practice Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company does not make their terms at all clear on any communication that they send you or even on their website Had I known this from the start I would never even given them a chance The product does not work and if you look online there are many other complaints about themI have the original receipt them emailed to me and nowhere on the receipt does it state that it is a full day supply and to contact them within days to cancel or be billed $79+ for the bottleThis is an unethical practice this company is pulling on consumersThe charge on 4/should be reversed since I refused the shipment so it was sent back to them I still have the first bottle they sent me so if they would like that back as well they can clearly have it because I have no use for it and it will end up going in the garbageThe day refund policy is a joke and it clearly done this way so they can rip consumers off and their money since before you realize they charged you, the time frame to get a refund has expired.I have worked in a customer service call center for 20+ years and if we pulled this on our customers we would have been out of business a long time agoThe only charge I acknowledge is the $4.95, it is not my problem if they don't have sample packs to send and they CHOOSE to provide a day supply and NOT inform the customer that this is a day supply The other fees I have been charged were NOT authorized to be charged to my credit card automatically Sincerely, [redacted]

Once expired, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save our customers from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days while still delivering continuous results.
