I am rejecting this response because: although I have tried many times to get my money back I have been unsuccessful. I have not received back the $299.84 this company charged my credit card. I submitted claims through my credit card but it was denied since I made the purchase. The website stated something like 5.95 shipping for the product. Never did I see the fact they would charge 79.95 until they had to provide the information to my credit card company. They scammed me and I want it documented that this is a scam. How can this not be a scam, I received two bottles at the cost of $299.84?The company, will not even talk to me nor try to give me back my money. This is a scam! Had they been truthful up front myself and others would not be scammed out of our money for a bottle of supplements at the website’s price of 5.95, Then it ends up being 79.75. I returned the second shipment unknowingly wrong. Apparently, I had to return the product after calling the company, which I didn’t have a phone number until the credit card company gave it to me. And they still charged me and will not give me back my money.

I am rejecting this response because: I explained to the rep on the phone that I would gladly return the product; however, was told that there was no reason to since I had not cancelled by the date of July 29.  Again, I looked online and saw that the business hours listed as Monday through Friday 9-6, when I was given a date of Saturday to call back.  I was not told that they were not open on Saturday.  [redacted] told me they are open on Saturday and that there is nowhere on the website it says they are closed Saturday; however, that is where I got the phone number and email to respond.  I will forward that screenshot as well.  I ONLY accepted the 60% because he refused to accept the fact that I had emailed the cancellation on Saturday and even after I told him I was at the post office to mail it back, told me not to.  I will still mail it back if that will get me the remainder of my money back.  When I had called initially, they told me that if I cancelled at the end of the trial but didn't send it back, I would be charged $9.95 I believe to keep the remaining product.  I believe Trimgenix tries to fool people into extending the trial offer specifically to charge them for not returning the product.  If they had told me that I would only be charged the $10 for not returning it, I would have agreed but will continue to fight this as I feel this business has a very shady business practice.

I am rejecting this response because: This company does not make their terms at all clear on any communication that they send you or even on their website.  Had I known this from the start I would never even given them a chance.  The product does not work and if you look online there are many other complaints about them. I have the original receipt them emailed to me and nowhere on the receipt does it state that it is a full 30 day supply and to contact them within 14 days to cancel or be billed $79+ for the bottle. This is an unethical practice this company is pulling on consumers. The charge on 4/18 should be reversed since I refused the shipment so it was sent back to them.  I still have the first bottle they sent me so if they would like that back as well they can clearly have it because I have no use for it and it will end up going in the garbage. The 30 day refund policy is a joke and it clearly done this way so they can rip consumers off and their money since before you realize they charged you, the time frame to get a refund has expired.I have worked in a customer service call center for 20+ years and if we pulled this on our customers we would have been out of business a long time ago. The only charge I acknowledge is the $4.95, it is not my problem if they don't have sample packs to send and they CHOOSE to provide a 30 day supply and NOT inform the customer that this is a 30 day supply.  The other fees I have been charged were NOT authorized to be charged to my credit card automatically.
