We had balancers in a window replacedWhile the tech was performing service he damaged the wall below the windowWe were there at time of service and have texted documentation that the tech had dropped things and there was a loud noise and he was like a bull in a china shopWe took a picture of the wall and baseboard damage right away when he was done and alerted *** ***First they said they thought we had taken a picture of a different wall than the one under the window because the window was not included in the pictureThen they said they should not be responsible since the tech said he did not damage the wallI asked to have a meeting at the property with the tech and management and they refused

My windows and doors were installed jan 31st and the master bedroom door was installed opening the wrong way.We have been working with Stephen and he advised me that the installers should of caught the mix up before it was installed and this is not our fault.We have been through so much trying to get this damn doorFirst the order was stopped because the manufacturer said me or my husband called them to stop the order,which is a lie cause we dont know who the manufacture isAlso the door was suppose to be here the week of the 6th of March and part of the door came but not all that is needed to replace the doorStephen offered $for the inconvenience which was insulting,and another $after the door didnt come in.There is no ETA on when the door will come, It has been about and 1/months so far.Stephen advised that he would not talk to his general manager about any offer I have because he would not take itMy husband works from home and had to take the day off for the origin

My husband and I are in the market for replacing windowsWe contacted True View for a quote and they came out to measure the windows We requested measurement for our upstairs windows that had been damaged due to condensation They took the measurements and then notified us with the costAt that time, they also said they would have to go back out to measure the arch as they didn’t get the measurement on that day We scheduled another time for them to come out The technician that came out looked at how tall our two story was and although had a ladder, opted out of using the ladder because he said it was too much work and that he could just go through the windowI waited downstairs for him for what I thought would not take the amount of time that it didI heard a loud sound but didn’t think anything of itHe came downstairs when he finished and let me know that he only needed to measure one of the arches because they were the same and that they were an even arch so they would b

True View installed a 52"x103" wall mirror 12-19-Several months ago black spots appeared on the top of the mirrorOn 2-25-16, True View Sent a Technician to evaluate the problemThe Technician indicated that he had never seen anything like that and indicated that it appeared to be a defect in the productHe took a picture and said that it looked like more black spots were coming around the topA week later, I called True View to discuss the Technician's finding and what could be done to correct the problemI was told at that time that there was a three month warranty and the product was no longer coveredThere was never a mention of a three month warranty at the time of purchase or after installationI never received any warranty informationI am requesting the defective mirror be replaced at their expenseThe Manager has not returned my call
