Chad is very helpful and informative he is very polite and is always willing to answer questions that pertain to the installation process

Shannon was very attentive to my questions and quickly scheduled an appointment for the next day She was very cordial, personable and professional

Our experience with True View was excellentNot only were they by far the most reasonably priced for installation but they were reliable, efficient and careful They focused on the job I needed done and didn’t try to sell me more than what I wanted at the time! We had two enormous windows and they did an amazing job getting them set with precision!! Thanks True ViewI have already started telling my friendsWe will definitely use them again in the future

100% dissatisfiedI waited several weeks before writing a review to make sure I was not acting out of angerWe were victims of a burglary in early Feb along with our neighborShe called True View and after finishing at her home, we asked for estimates on a new sliding glass door that had been shattered by the thief We specifically stated that we wanted a new DOOR replacement, not replacement glassAfter arguing with us, the guy appeared to relent and said he'd order the door and the proceeded to take measurements When the estimate was ready, we again spoke about the door being replaced When the install guy showed up (at the end of the 5-hour window we were given), he only had replacement glass We were extremely frustrated, but did not want to live with our back door boarded up any longer and decided to have the glass installed The installation was sloppy The door barely slides, which was never a problem in the past The guy told us to grease the wheels and actually said his install was "beautiful."??? I'm glad he was proud of his shoddy workmanship, but we are not My husband had to put the door back on the track twice in front of this guy, but he remained unfazedWe also had to fix the door latch after he left because the door didn't lock! It was misaligned We were given no final paperwork or a copy of the work order (it was emailed the following week) This company was completely unprofessional from the first guy who argued with us and then ignored our specific request to the install guy who obviously wanted to leave for the day For the price we paid, we should have received much better service

True View is a fabulous company with great employeesI had a service call and the technician could not of been friendlier or more helpfulIt is so refreshing to receive real customer serviceI would highly recommend True View!!!!!!!

I guess I should have read the Better Business Reviews before doing business with your companyI took 1/the day off to be at my home from 7a.mto 12p.mI just spoke with your “scheduler” at 11:45a.mand she told me that the person was at lunch and that he would be late arrivingMy time is extremely valuable and I do not appreciate the way you do businessI would have appreciated a call letting me know that the person would be lateI bill my customers by the hour and they accept me to be on time when I have a scheduled appointmentIf for some reason I identify that I am going to be late, even if it is minutes, I do take the courtesy to let them know prior to my being lateIt appears that you guys do not value your customers, or even new potential customers You just cost me money because I did not schedule customers during the hours that I waited only to have to call YOU and be causally told that the technician was at lunch and would be lateWell guess what, you will not be hearing from me and I will be sure to tell everyone that Ii know that your company is very unreliableI will NOT do business with companies who do not value a persons time

I was very happy with the installation and service I received from True View WindowsI would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again for any future window needs

I spoke to other companies and amaze how Judd is so Helpful, (I am only replacing window in my house) Judd answered all my questions with out hesitation, offered suggestion that I did not get from the other company because it's only one window that I am replacingThis assures me and set up an appointment with Judd to come outThey offer free in home estimate

I paid half up front, of a $fee to have a single pane of our dual pane sliding door replaced after it was shattered by a gardenerThe company seemed very professional, sent a worker to take measurementsI placed my order, special order due to the size, and waited to have it installed I was given an installation dateI was called the day before and told I was moved up to the first appointment and the tech would be at my home between and amI would be called priorAt amI called and they could not reach their techIt took a supervisor to call and reach himI was told he would be at my home in minutesThat's just the beginningThe tech arrived took out my screen and fixed door and had trouble removing the broken sliderHe became extremely agitated, complained that the company should have sent another worker and continued to bang, kick and tug on the door, using various tools to get it outAt one point I asked him if he needed a flashlight as he was looking along the bottom track and he snapped back, " what I need is to get this door off!"
He then got the door off and disappeared to the front of my home for over an hour and a half and reappeared to reinstall the doorHe started spewing his personal problems to me about his child custody case and how his twins mother accused him of threatening her with a gunHe denied this a complained about the court system and his attorneyHe then said the glass didn't fit in the door even though he " tried to make it fit"He put my door back on, broken glass side in ( this was backwards) and leftI was actually just relieved he was goneNo one should send a worker into someone's home with that attitude
I of course called to inform them and tell them he was not to returnThey said they would put a rush on my reorderEnded up calling me the next week wanting to set up for days later, really? Then they said days but no idea if they would have the glass just said they would make it workI had no faith in thatI wanted to speak with the manager who they finally told me was the OWNER, Jaimie, but they kept giving me different stories about why he couldn't come to the phoneFinally one representative told me outright, " he doesn't want to talk to you"I was flabbergasted, Who does that? No way to run a business! The customer service manager was decent to me on the phone and did agree to refund my deposit on my insistence when I then cancelled my orderHoweverShe did still lie to me about the owners wherabouts until finally telling me the truthI guess he was obviously just not interested in his customer or the situationIf I could rate this company with stars I wouldIn fact the customer service manager wrote me an email confirming her refund of my depositIn it she stated, "I can completely understand where you are coming from as a customer and I side with you all the way, the whole situation frustrated me as well and it was quite embarrassing."

After dealing with three other window replacement firms in the valley, True View got it right I needed a replacement and they made sure it was the exact model that the manufacturer used They are very organized, they follow up on your requests and pleasant to deal with

Being in the residential construction business, it?s very important in every trade to work with reliable companiesWe?ve had the pleasure of working with True View for the last few yearsJudd from true view has always been very professional, he shows up on the job site before every order to ensure all openings are correct, he helps with designs when needed, he?s an expert at what he doesOur orders are always on time and they have great installation workmanship

I had Bob and Jose deliver a glass table top to my house yesterdayThe experience was greatJustin came over and took a great amount of time to help me pick out the right topThe overall experience was wonderful and very professional and Id recommend them to everyone

Good afternoon Revdex.com,  I read over the response from True View Windows and they are not telling the truth, as I said in my initial complaint I would implore the Revdex.com to get a copy of that recording because on that recording as I said before you will here there representative specifically tell me to hold on while they ask there supervisor/manager IF they were able to service my front door!!!! Yes my complaint was about the dust and yes it was the wind, however it was coming in from the front door just like it still is!!!!  Please Revdex.com request the recording of the conversation and you will hear RIGHT AWAY that I am telling you the truth and they are not!

Regarding the above comments, I have listened to the recorded call from Mr. [redacted] on 6/8/15 @ 2:15pm.  He indicated to [redacted] that he had problem with his windows and doors not sealing and wanted to know if anything could be done about this because they have dust in the house all the...

time.    [redacted] explained that it’s a possibility that the mohair (weatherstripping) need be replaced but for a $39.95 diagnostic fee, we would send a technician to his home to evaluate if anything could be done to help.  He was fine with this charge.  [redacted] also reaffirmed this $39.95 fee again during this call and again, he understood. Upon arrival, our technician did tell the customer we do not work on swinging doors (we offer service to sliding glass doors only) but didinspect every window in the home,  he recommended replacing the mohair 8 windows, in additional to other service work to windows for better operation.After listening to the call, hearing Mr. [redacted] clearly state that he had issues with dust in his home and felt it was with his doors ANDWINDOWS, having our technician spend at least an hour on site inspecting everything, True View will NOT be issuing any refund to this customer.

I wasn’t aware there was a complaint from this customer.  Mr. [redacted] of 9104 S 15th Way, had a mirror installed by True View Windows in 2013, which was far out of it’s warranty period.  However, we did send a technician out to inspect and he discovers black marks on the edge of the mirror in 1 or 2 small areas.  We then had a Supervisor go out to look at and determine what was going on.
To date, we are not 100% sure what has caused the black spot, but we have advised Mr. [redacted] on about 3/16/16 that we would be remaking the arched mirror and installing it for him at no charge.  The new mirror is scheduled to be installed 3/30/16.
