This company is very efficient and does quality work. They also have great customer service and I will use them again for any window or glass project I need to redo on my home
I recently had sun shade screen installed and are very pleased with the look and quality. I'd recommend this company to others.
WARNING DO NOT USE TRUE VIEW, THEY ARE CRIMINALS! 2 months later our frameless shower job is still not done...
We hired True View to do 4 bathrooms for us. The fist 3 went off without a hitch so we didn't hesitate to hire them for the 4th. WORST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE. 2 different service techs gave out to take our shower measurements and promised us a frameless shower as we ripped out our other shower because we did not line the framed enclosure. After a month when they came out to install the shower they realized the way they designed the shower was not correct and the piece of glass were not staying in place and bending into one another. They drilled multiple holes into a our brand new tile to put in a support bar hoping it would fix the issue. It did not so they came out to put in a bigger support bar. They drilled even more holes in our beautiful brand new tile to put in the bigger support bar only to determine that wasn't going to work. After speaking with their Tech he said the drawings were not done up properly and they should have mounted the door to the left wall in our bathroom to support the shower door (It's currently hanging off another piece of glass that's supported by the opposite wall). The service tech Matt said he didn't have the authority to redesign the glass because that would mean they would have to redo the entire shower so he send his manager Jeff out. Jeff immediately took no accountability for the issue that came up and said there is no way they came make this a frameless shower.
I've spoken with 2 service techs from True View saying that was absolutely not true and that Jeff simply didn't want to have to eat the cost of remaking the glass so he gave us too options, install a header or take the shower out. Since it had now been 2 months we agreed to have them install a header with the understanding that if we didn't like it they would come out take the shower out, repair our wall and refund out money.
Well, the liner got installed and we were not happy. It looks AWFUL. The shower is EXACTLY like the one we just ripped out!!! Why would we spend months redoing our entire bathroom just to get the exact same shower we just pulled out?? It makes zero sense. Now Jeff and the girl that works in the office Casandra are taking NO accountability for the issue. Are telling us they will not refund our money, remove the awful shower they installed, and then told us to repair the tiles THEY BROKE ourselves. They actually said on the phone JUST NOW "if you have a problem with us report us to the contractors board association or sue us". So funny how kind, respectful, and great True View was BEFORE they had our money. Now that they have it they could care less! The owner Jamie was supposed to call us back days ago, do you think he ever called? Not at all. Instead we had to follow up with THEM before they for lack of a better term told us to take a hike and stuck us with a shower we did not want, are not happy with, and which they are taking no accountability for.
I've got 3 other companies lined up to do the job the EXACT way they want it FOR LESS than True View charged, go figure! Whatever you do DO NOT USE TRUE VIEW GLASS, they will be sweet as pie UNTIL something goes wrong to which at that point they will pass the buck until they don't have anyone else to pass it to. We are sick to our stomaches about how we were treated. I've never spent so much money with a company (literally tens of thousands of dollars now) to have them blow us off like this. UNREAL, awful experience.
True View Windows and Glass has a contract with Ian Epstein, not Ari Epstein. True view initially gave the customer two different options, when we saw that the door was too unstable to sit on the glass return panel. We offered to pull the enclosure out, fix the tile and refund the money or proceed with the safest way to install the enclosure and that was with the header. The customer agreed to proceed with the header. The field supervisor had a verbal agreement with Ian and Barbara Epstein, (Mom & Dad) I believe the one leaving the review is their son. True View purchased an additional $500 worth of material to proceed and complete the job the safest way possible. We promised to have it installed by the end of the week and that is exactly what we did, we ordered a new shower door and a header kit. Unfortunately, the tech that was supposed to install the shower had a COVID scare so we pulled Ian off the schedule and explained that once we can reschedule he would be TOP PRIORITY. We had him rescheduled that Tuesday! We installed everything and the next day Ian's son called and impersonated Ian saying he didn't like the enclosure and that he wants his money back I explained that we all had a mutual agreement but I would speak to the GM told him we would call back by Thursday as the GM was out of town. I explained that we more than likely will not be giving him his money back because there was an agreement set in place and that we didn't purchase more material so he can "see what it looks like", we brought a sample and showed the customers (mom & dad) exactly what it was going to look like and they agreed to proceed. After a conversation between the field supervisor and the GM and myself (office manager), we all agreed that we would not charge his final balance and that since he had 3 other companies saying that they can do the enclosure the way they really wanted it to, that he could go ahead and proceed with them. He then got really nasty with us and demanded that we rip out our enclosure, fix his tile and give him his money back. Exactly what we offered the week prior. I will not be sending our technicians back to such a hostile environment. I have called and left two voicemails to Ian the homeowner and have yet to receive a callback. The original order was for $1893.60 I gave them a total of $150 off the order then ended up waving the final balance which was another $796.60. I think True View has been more than fair in this situation.
Our experience with True View Windows has been outstanding.....from the receptionists, to the estimator, technicians, and finally, the managers. Everyone has been efficient, on time, fair and works with integrity. Our project has been extremely challenging and we were especially pleased that Troy and Robert were willing to take the time to put their heads together to come up with a solution for us. For window replacement we would not look any further than True View.

After speaking with many window companies I purchased windows to be installed throughout my house from True View Windows and Glass. I so appreciate the knowledge about windows, what might work best for my home, and the patience with my many many questions that Judd, my sales person provided. The install happened over the past two days and I could not be happier! Nick and his crew of Lee, Brian, and Nikki, with helpers Juan and Sam, were professional, friendly, more than happy to address the very minor issues of adjustments with the locks, and streaks on the windows. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and they are a group of young men who are interested in providing quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company for quality products, respectful sales people, and great customer service through their installers.

We’ve had True View install roll down shades, sun screens, and bug screens over a number of years. Every job completed was done right the first time. Servicemen are courteous and professional. I highly recommend True View.
The True View bid was price competitive and the installation date was right on time. Kristin, the Customer Service Representative was helpful in getting the windows measured, scheduling the work and attention to billing matters. The service technician, Derek, was there at the scheduled time for installation, promptly completed the installation and cleaned up afterwards. The owner actually came out to the house and inspected the final installation. My only complaint is that the new True View windows make the old windows look bad!
My sales rep (Kristen) was awesome! She went the extra mile to help with our scheduling challenges. I appreciate her friendly attitude and willingness to help our customer.

The two-man crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They did a great job fixing my cranky patio door (the lock was not working well, and it was hard to open). In fact, I am asking them now also to replace the screen, which has seen much better days. The price was quite reasonable too.
I was initially very impressed when I called them, having just sat through the presentation of another company that didn't even try to fix the problem and instead tried to talk me into a very expensive replacement ($7,000, or $5,000 with an "April 20% off" coupon). When I explained the situation to True View, that I might need a whole new door, the first response was, "Well, why don't we just try and fix the lock first?" That is my kind of advice.
True View rocks!!!! Their installers are very knowledgeable and professional and their customer service is impeccable. Thanks Kristin Garcia for pulling some strings and getting me on the schedule right away for my emergency repair!

About 2.5 years ago, my experience with TruView was excellent. The gentlemen who installed my 2 bathrooms seamless glass enclosures was top notched. The courteous gentlemen arrived on time, they delivered the job and made sure everything was clean when they were done. They were very professional. They came back again for another item but again, the gentlemen were very professional and very nice.
I know for any glass needs of any type, True View would be company I would use for any work because there is no guessing of what you will get.
The sales team (a loud shout out to Corena) were awesome making sure there was constant followup. Well, almost 2.5 years later (today) I had some of my documents lost/damaged and had to go back and ask a few Vendors for a copy of my bill back in the fall of 2016. Well, all I did was leave a message in the evening with TrueView's answering service and then in the morning I had it in my inbox.
Top notch Customer service!! They are the benchmark of customer service. I would recommend using this company for any glass need because service and delivery outweighs the cost of your time and hoping for a quality product with another merchant. You get what you pay for and when it comes to using a product everyday that you look out of, it is worth getting the best.

Excellent, very professional job yesterday replacing the glass on one of our dining room windows that had started to fog (due to failed seal). Technician, Dwayne Bridges, did a fantastic job, and made this look like a piece of cake (which I am sure it was not). Obviously, he really knows what he is doing. True View Windows & Glass are the very best firm to call for glass replacement. We are impressed! Thank you.
