Dealt with this company about 5 years ago and they were great to deal with and competitive in price. Is was nice to see that nothing has changed. From sales to the front office to the installation crew, they were clean, courteous, and accommodating. I will definately continue to use them for any window needs
After dealing with three other window replacement firms in the valley, True View got it right. I needed a replacement and they made sure it was the exact model that the manufacturer used. They are very organized, they follow up on your requests and pleasant to deal with.
Very pleased with adjuster who came to our house. I am sorry I don't remember his name. Kristin in Customer Services was exceptionally helpful in assisting us overcoming a couple of hurdles.
Chad is very helpful and informative he is very polite and is always willing to answer questions that pertain to the installation process
I had a great experience with True View Windows. When I first called the office, the staff quickly directed me to the right department. My salesman, Judd, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly discussed several different window options during our appointment. He was happy to answer all of the questions that I had.
From start to finish True View was excellent. They are locally owned. I recommend speaking with Chad for windows. He was prompt at returning my emails and knows all products well.
True View did a great job on my windows for my home. I had other companies come out for a quote and the salesmen were all very pushy and aggressive. Some didn't even have samples to show me. A co worker recommended True View to me and I'm glad they did. Vince came out to my home and brought samples and also showed me other options. I liked there hasle free approach. The window installers did a fantastic job and we are happy with our decision to go with True View Windows.

I was very happy with the installation and service I received from True View Windows. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again for any future window needs.
It was a lengthy process that took multiple visits, and replacement parts had to come from out of state, but everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. When it finally came time for the actual repair work, Cory did an exceptional job and the door works perfectly now. Very pleased overall. Thank you.
I had a an unusual multi-point lockset that needed to be replaced. They tracked down the manufacturer, ordered the parts and replaced them correctly. Appreciate them going the extra mile.
We had balancers in a window replaced. While the tech was performing service he damaged the wall below the window. We were there at time of service and have texted documentation that the tech had dropped things and there was a loud noise and he was like a bull in a china shop. We took a picture of the wall and baseboard damage right away when he was done and alerted ***. First they said they thought we had taken a picture of a different wall than the one under the window because the window was not included in the picture. Then they said they should not be responsible since the tech said he did not damage the wall. I asked to have a meeting at the property with the tech and management and they refused.
Customer called in the following day after we installed the balancers in a window and said that we damaged her baseboard and walls. This unit was vacant and has several contractors in and out of the home. We asked that the customer to email us pictures as this is company policy. She sent us a close up picture of chipped paint (which I have included as an attachment) and we couldn’t really tell what we were looking at, so we had asked if she could take a picture of the general work area and she completely took it the wrong way. I think she felt that we were insinuating that she was being dis-honest which was not the case. We simply just wanted to get a better visual of the entire work space to be able to show the technician to see if the job looked familiar and if he could explain what happened. At this point she was very frustrated and I was trying to come up with a solution to make her happy, I offered to send the technician back to touch it up with some touch up paint, but that is not what she wanted she said she wanted to hire someone to fix it and send us the bill, I felt this was a little extreme and said I would see what I can do after I talked to the technician. As I went back into our records *** was not even the person we were contracted with she was simply just the service contact. I called the original home owner and explained the situation and he told us not to worry about it and that he would handle it.

My experience with True View has been very good as they dispatched a tech the same day to assess the damage to the window and put in temp glass as well as measure for the quotes. True View is truly customer oriented.
Awesome company to work with. Responsive, fast, with great results. Debbie was terrific to work with and the job was complete within a couple of weeks.
Shannon was very attentive to my questions and quickly scheduled an appointment for the next day. She was very cordial, personable and professional.
First time I?ve needed to replace a broken window. I had no idea how expensive it was or had become. I shopped around and found True View. True View stood out as as a reputable company with relatively reasonable prices. Coupled with a motivated staff which ultimately did a good job within a better than expected time frame. If, god forbid, another window replacement became necessary, True View would be the service I?d turn to or recommend to friends and family.
They were excellent with the job of fixing my window and timely on getting it done.
