My order was the wrong size, so I requested an exchange and mailed to returning items before even receiving the new size itemsTwo weeks later, their website showed that the returned items had been receivedThen another two weeks (weeks after returning the items) they send me an email saying they haven't received the order and charged me full price, again, for the original itemsSo mistakes happen, I get that, but when I tried contacting them it was just radio silence, nothingI reached out through phone, voicemail, email, *** *** no responseI'm wondering if this is a real business or not?

I had a terrible experience with this businessI ordered a number of items on July 28th, 2017, and received a confirmation email telling me that the items would be shipped in 1-business daysWhen, on August 12, 2017, I still had not received my item, I checked the website and saw that it was still processingAfter a week of attempting to contact the business (emailing, leaving messages through their website, calling to receive only recorded messages during the limited hours when there is supposed to be someone available to address concerns and answer questions), I heard nothingFinally, I posted on their facebook page, with the outcome that they removed my pending order and marked it "returned" although it had never been processed in the first placeI understand that sometimes people and systems screw up orders, but their failure to communicate with me is a sign of extremely poor customer service and business practiceIf there was someone on hand to delete my order, there was someone on hand to reply to my messages

True&Co sent me my initial order in the beginning of September and one of the bras came without cupsWhen I contacted their customer service (slow to respond) they told me that was an error and to send it back as that must have been from an old batch and they will send me a new one with cupsThis whole process basically took weeks and I just got the exchange this week and again it has no cupsI contacted their customer service once again to discuss the issue there has been no response and there is no way to contact them besides emailI am extremely disappointed with their service and I would not recommend them to others

I purchased a produce from True and Co., and returned the item because I did not like the fitI mailed the product back, using the proper packaging and labelingThe "return" form that the company states is on the site was, and still is, not available to me, so I emailed the company about the issue, requesting my money back even though I could not fill out the formAfter weeks, the company emailed back, stating it had an email server problem and was sorry for the delay, stating that, because my email was sent so long ago, it had closed my queryI emailed back again with the same information, requesting my money backI have yet to hear from the company, so now it has my money and my product, and I have no way to contact True and Coother than email because the company provides no other contact method on the website

I ordered a t-back bra from True&Cn October 15, It cost $(before tax and shipping)After wearing it only approximately times (since it is a t-back bra only worn with a few shirts that I own), the metal closure in the front of the bra started turning the fabric green and my skin blackThe average lifespan of a bra is about wearsIt is unacceptable that a bra that cost almost $is turning my skin blackThis is an indicator of shoddy quality, not of a well-made bra worth $I have requested assistance from True&Cosupport, first seeking an exchange or refund, only to be told "the order is simply far too old for us to do anything at this point." I then proposed a compromise to adjust the price to what the bra is actually worth, and I estimated $The company's only response was "the order is from too long ago."

The customer service is absolutely terribleI placed an order for a bra and still hadn't received it after several weeksI checked the tracking information, and True&Co shipped it to the wrong addressI had the address corrected with USPS and was charged and additional fee because it showed up as a mail forwardI contacted True&Co multiple times about this and received no follow up responses except that they would not pay the fee if I decided to change the addressI've explained more than times that they shipped it to the address, but they keep closing my ticket and will not respond to me

I purchased three bras from True Co several years ago and they are still going strong! I usually purchase Wacoal but decided to give this company a try and have been pleased with the results The bras I purchased have withstood hundreds of washings and many days of wear and tearTheir suggested sizing and style were perfect I have purchased new bras from True Coand expect the same quality product
