As per our terms and conditions, we give customers days from date the ring was delivered to get a refund. Mr *** purchased rings, have been refunded in full. It is not fair to our other customers to bend the rule for some and not others. We have been in business for over years and never have had to close an account with our 20,plus customers. Not to confuse the issue, and if Tungsten Fashions credits me the $for the ring they failed to provide for me that is the end of this dispute, however they make some claims that are not trueTungsten Fashions did not ship the rings until June 20th 2016, and I did not receive them until June 22nd The order date of June 5th was for an order I canceledActually different timesOn June 7th, June 13th, and finally on June 19thThe reason I canceled the order times was I got different responses from Tungsten FashionsTungsten fashions failed to refund charges for the canceled orderI have documentation for this if Tungsten fashions cares to dispute my claimIt was June 19th that I ordered the rings, and June 20th when the order went outMost vendors charge when the orders go outIt was because Tungsten Fashions charged before shipping, and then failed to refund my account when I canceled the order that I had to turn to my bank’s card holder services to get the money refundedNow they act like it was my fault they failed to return charges they made for rings that I don’t haveI know I was extra trouble for canceling my order, but charging an account before shipping is a bad policy, and most vendors don’t do itTo say that I waited over a year to bring this up is also not trueThe ring was very tight so I didn’t wear it much and then I misplaced itLater when I found it, I had an electronic caliper, and that is when I could tell it was the wrong size and widthI returned the ring to Tungsten fashions on April 21st So, their claim of 12+ months before they knew about this is just not trueThis is just to set the record straight

[redacted] wanted the outside and inside of the ring engraved for one price.  Due to the engraving machine being not able to engrave the outside of the ring, there was a delay, we are sorry about that.  The ring was then shipped - tracking number [redacted] - it will arrive this...

[I don't understand what you're asking. The reason we are here in the first place is because I didn't get a 9"  bracelet as i originally asked. I still don't have a 9" and you're asking me if I want you to send me a 9". Yes. I want a 9". I've been saying that for almost a year now. I need a 9 ".]

[I have looked over my checking, saving, and credit card account.  I have monitored my mail and have not received any payment from this company.  I have no reference, no paper work that it was sent.  Only what the Revdex.com has stated by them.  This has been going on far to long.  This is the only company I have had problem with online.  Show me that the money was deposited into my account or that I cashed the check you sent.  Revdex.com is there any other avenue I can look into about getting my money from this company.   ]

Please let us know if you would like us to send you another bracelet with more links or if you would like us to send you a send the bracelet back. The problem before was that we were out of stock, now we have all sizes in stock for you, it was an honest mistake that we shipped you a size 7.5 instead of the 9. Thank You

My bank was able to get the refunds that Tungsten Fashions failed to follow through on, so these refunds are a non-issue unless Tungsten Fashions does not have the ring they advertised, and therefore cannot provide me with the ring I ordered.As far as me being unreasonable, all I want is for Tungsten Fashions, is to provide me with the ring I ordered. The ring you advertise, and in the size that I ordered (Cicero 9 mm wide in a size 17). You have a life time guarantee, but apparently it doesn’t cover Tungsten Fashions’ screw ups. You, Tungsten Fashions sent me a different ring in a wrong size (an 8 mm wide ring in a size 16). Once I got an electronic caliper and measured the ring I found out why it fit so tight, and that it was not 9 mm wide. Tungsten Fashions seemed fine about replacing the ring when I returned it on April 21st 2017. But then Tungsten Fashions sent me an even smaller size 12 ring. When I confronted [redacted] at Tungsten Fashions about the ring, I was basically lied to. On June 13th Ryan from billing at Tungsten Fashions contacted my email and told me the Cicero 9 mm rings in size 17 were in. On June 19th I received a size 12 ring from Tungsten Fashions. On June 19th [redacted] from Tungsten Fashions told me the size 17’s wouldn’t be coming in until next month, so he said he sent back the ring I had originally sent back to Tungsten Fashions, but that is not true, I would have known immediately a size 12 was not a size 17, and I would have returned it immediately. It wasn’t until I got my electronic caliper that I was able to find out the size of the ring, and why it fit so tight. This is how our exchange ended on June 19th:[ I had ordered a size 17 in an 9mm width, knowingly sending me a size 12 makes no sense to me.. [redacted]: You are welcome.  We will email or call you when they arrive. [redacted]: Can I help you with anything else? don: No. I will have to see what else I can do about this. ]This is exact quote, and Tungsten Fashions is accusing me of being unreasonable. It appears to me they knowingly sent me a ring that is far too small, and then [redacted] tells me “You are welcome”, and now Tungsten Fashions accuses me of being unreasonable for wanting to have the ring Tungsten Fashions advertises in the size that I ordered. Why did Tungsten Fashions even have me return the ring if they had no intention of replacing it with the ring I ordered? The only reasonable explanation I can come up with is they don’t have the ring, but they don’t want to give me a refund either. They just want me to keep waiting for them to contact me when the rings come in. At his point I have already waited 2 months. This all seems simple to me. Just send me the ring I ordered, or a refund if you don’t have the ring Tungsten Fashions advertises. How unreasonable is that?In my opinion this is not a good way to treat one’s customers. There are plenty of other places where people can buy rings. This is all documented if Tungsten Rings wants to deny it. If they had sent me the correct ring to start with, none of this would be happening. Tungsten Fashions appears to be trying to avoid responsibility for their own failures in this transaction, and they are trying to make me out to be an unreasonable person. I think it is called projection. I think the reason for closing my account was to keep me from getting evidence to support my complaint, but I will have to use what I have, and hope it will suffice.
