Mr [redacted] ordered this ring on June 5th 2016.  As per our terms and conditions, we do not accept refunds past 30 days and there is a $7.99 fee of any exchange after 30 days.  Mr. [redacted] had all of 12+ months to let us know that the ring did not fit him and we would have been more than...

I am sorry if we are not being clear.  What we meant is that we can send you the  links to make the bracelet you already have larger, or we can send you another bracelet that is already a size 9, but you would need to send that back first. Thank you

I have reviewed the response and and not happy because they sent me that tracking info on the 17th of November pf 2015. I rechecked the tracking and it still doesn't show that the package has shipped and they say I will receive it next week.
