There were some mixed messages during final approval and underwriting (ie one person from underwriting told us we didn't need to sign a form, but someone else said we did), but everything went as smoothly as possible. Only bummer is that Wyndham Capital sold my loan so now I can't reach out to xxxxx anymore.

It was great working with him. He kept me updated and really cared. One downside of the process was the length but again he kept me updated throughout. Would recommend him.
