This company promises the world then lets you down. They ask for repeated documents that they already have. They are VERY slow and wait until 5 days before your lock expires (after 3 months) to ask for MORE DOCUMENTS THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE. And they will call your house phone instead of calling your cell phone even though you tell them to call your cell phone because I am not home during the day because I WORK!! they don't understand that concept!!

I had a very positive refinance experience with this lender. Everything proceeded as promised and there were no hidden costs. We closed on time and in the convenience of my own home!
At first I was treated very good....and after a LONG two month process of requesting additional paper work and more paper work, the customer service department disappeared. My loan officer was out sick, and the manager simply ignored me. I was given false promises, time and time again, and now can not even get a solid response. Keep in mind, this is a MORTGAGE BROKER - they will reel you in with great rate promises and over-the-top customer service at the beginning. Then make you pay up front fees for an appraisal, request a ridiculous amount of paper work, and in the end, if the loan is not what they have hoped for - they simply ignore you and move on to the next loan prospect! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
