The company used (xxxxx) complicated matters by wire transferring a part of the accounts I wanted paid off with equity and sent checks for two others. Confusing especially since only one cneck arrived and I had to spend time tracking down individuals to begin the process to look for the checks/payments. But when I did talk to individuals, they were polite and did followup for the most part. Thanks to xxxxx and xxxxx. They did do what they were suppose to do to resolve concerns.

He was informative and very patient. The settlement representative came to our home so we could review and signed the closing papers. It was very convenient. Even though we were in different time zones, and most communication was done by email, this was by far the best refinance experience we've ever had with a xxxxx.
