I ordered a 65" LG OLED screen on cyber Monday It was a great deal and I was excited There were other stores with similar prices at the time, but they were changing quickly so I wanted to move fast and submitted the order I entered my delivery address credit card information and received an order confirmation email Then I didn't hear from them for over a week, so I called They informed me that they could not ship to Utah and my order would be cancelled The site should not have let me enter a shipment address in Utah in that case If It had not, I would have ordered form another retailer and not missed my chance at the sale prices Now prices are $more They claim to use a third-party shipping company that cannot deliver to my state, and that their competitors have the same problem That may be true as I called one competitor they mentioned who agreed, while another deniedIf that is the case, don't accept my order I provided the delivery address

Called TV Superstores.com and ordered LG OLED TV Gave my credit card information and told me there will be no receipt or confirmation email until they actually charge the card, after shipping of the TV (1st red flag) They told me I should expect a phone call to schedule shipping between 7-business days from that dayThey never called (2nd red flag) Needless to say, I called them on the [redacted] day and they tried to avoid me by asking me to call back because they don't have an update on my order just yet (3rd red flag) I called back three times and finally their response was that they would need more time and that the TV did not come in (4th red flag) I asked for an estimated time and they could not provide one (5th red flag) After reading all the negative reviews other customers had experienced and experiencing all these red flags, I promptly cancelled my order And for good measure, the salesperson named Henry, offered me either a TV bracket or HDMI cables for no charge because of my inconvenience He insisted he ship me HDMI cables at no costmonths later, needless to say, I never received the cables (6th red flag) Need I say more?

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by TVsuperstores.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] I have been attempting to get an RMA or a refund since I purchased the TV and the business has refused to provide a refund stating that the manufacturer (Samsung) will repair or replace the TV, however Samsung has contacted me stating that they cannot provide a refund nor will they honor the warranty since this is a fradulant business and is not an authorized reseller of their productsThis advertising, the lack of honoring their RMA and refund/exchange policy, and their unwillingness to provide me with an RMA number upon receiving the TV is deceitful and I should be provided with a refund since the company sent me a known defective device and is a fraudulent reseller of consumer electronics.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

It's a bait and switch program...Got sucked in with a great price and free shippingThen they call! There's a problem...the manufacturer of your tv has discontinued it (they haven't) so the one you ordered has no warranty But we've got another one we can sell you for only $1,more

Website lists a price on website tvsuperstores.c on, but when I ordered, they state TV is bad

I made a terrible mistake when I purchased a new Sony TV from these crooks First, they did a bait and switch by selling me the TV for the advertised price and then said if I wanted a warranty, it would be another $2,000!!! (which brought it to the same price as my local [redacted] Then they told me that my order was being expedited and shipping upgraded Well, they supposedly shipped it February *** I was told I would receive it today, March [redacted] and when I called the trucking company, they told me it would be next Monday, March ***!

before I order a TVcalled them they said they have in stock after day called them they said its back orderI had to pay $more to buy local

Scam!!! Get you to call to confirm the order only to tell you don't get a warranty on a multi-thousand dollar TVFraudulent practices

Research carefully Everything you read about the bait and switch tactic is trueThey will lie to upsell a different model Stay away!

SCAMS!!!! LIARS!!! 12 ppl told me 15 DIFERENTS THINGS.... Whole story. I order a tv for my sister the price WAS $1900 she received a call the next day and at the end of the conversation the damn TV was $2399.99!!!!! With a warranty in house delivery and should be here within a week!!!!! Called to cancel bc we found the EXACT SAME tv for $1600 with the warranty and delivery!!! They say "NO" that tv isn't as new and blah blah!!! And we already shipped your tv. So I say ok I guess... Then 4 days late a women calls and try's to verify the sell that was made 4 days ago, the billing address was different from the shipping (ppl do that all the time) so I (the card holder) verified everything!!!!! Now today 4 WEEKS LATER AFTER NO CONFIRMATIONS NO CALLS NO NOTHING I CALLED THEM TO SEE WHEN I WOULD GET A CONFIRMATION!! They told us we have to STAND OUTSIDE ON THE CURVE from 6AM TO 8AM ???????????? or he would leave us!!!! ????????????????.. So after he hung up on my sister bc she was mad about standing on a corner I called bk to speak with the supervisor (same person different voice) his ignorant individual argued that this transaction was not approved. He said my bank didn't authorize it. Lol it's a H and R Block card!!!! So who did he talk to OBAMA???!!! So clicked over to call the person sitting next to him so she (the lady that called and verified my info weeks before) could tell me that she told me it wasn't verified! SIDE NOTE: IF IT WASNT VERIFIED WHY DID THEY TAKE TO MONEY OFF MY CARD...??? So after hearing they phones echoing from sitting next to each other I starting asking questions they didn't have answers for!! Like how did the customer to just me the tv would be here tomorrow on curve but the order didn't go thru??? So [redacted] says I'm about to refund you money (which he should have done a month ago) and hangs up. Now you would think this story would be over..... BUT NO. I recieved a 3. (Three) worded email that said, " REFUNDED IN FULL" what type stuff is that ?? Ps: still no funds bk

Hook and real scam

I "successfully" ordered a LG TV (EF6500) on Sat 7/** Tues that week, I get a call from "David" who proceeds to tell me that model of the TV doesn't have a warranty and that I'm not getting the version He proceeds to tell me that I'm buying the version that has "only 8bit" panel He says I should consider another, more recent 65' model (I didn't write down the model number) He proceeds to offer the TV for about $more than I paid, and then instantly starts coming down to "give me a deal" I told him I was familiar with all the 65' inch models as I had compared them and had settled on the EF He says the models they display at *** and the one he sold me are different He says I want the EF6500UA version for $more - which is 10bit These are all lies Every LG OLED from and on, like the LG EF6500, is 10bit (***)LG does not use that type of labeling (-UA) for their models (***)Every EFthat is new and unopened comes with a one year warranty (***)
I found this site on Google Their website only mentions one 65EFTV for saleThey don't offer a 65EF9500-UA from their website
After I canceled the order, which "David" didn't seem all too upset about I found the same TV with a warranty for $more
tl:dr
Bait and Switch They advertise lower prices, then after you buy, attempt to upsell you They try to talk over your head about specifics most people wouldn't be aware of in attempt to not sell at a loss

What a disaster!!
We are having a big Superbowl party and wanted to get a new TV for the eventSo I placed an order with tvsuperstore last Wednesday (they showed it being in stock) thinking I would have plenty of time (days) to get it here before the big dayI received a order confirmation email and was being reviewedtwo days later still no confirmation on shipping so I emailed the sales desk to ask for an update still no response back to meI had to call their customer service and informed me they were out of stock and they weren't sure when it would be inSo I had to order it from another store and pay additional freight to get it here in time for the big game
