Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by TVsuperstores.com regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

I ordered a 65" LG OLED screen on cyber Monday. It was a great deal and I was excited. There were other stores with similar prices at the time, but they were changing quickly so I wanted to move fast and submitted the order. I entered my delivery address credit card information and received an order confirmation email. Then I didn't hear from them for over a week, so I called. They informed me that they could not ship to Utah and my order would be cancelled. The site should not have let me enter a shipment address in Utah in that case. If It had not, I would have ordered form another retailer and not missed my chance at the sale prices. Now prices are $600 more.
They claim to use a third-party shipping company that cannot deliver to my state, and that their competitors have the same problem. That may be true as I called one competitor they mentioned who agreed, while another denied. If that is the case, don't accept my order. I provided the delivery address.

Research carefully. Everything you read about the bait and switch tactic is true. They will lie to upsell a different model. Stay away!

Bait & Switch scamster company. Ordered LG OLED65B6P $1,949. Got call now it's $3,200. Lot of bull shix lies.

Review: I purchased a TV and warranty on 11/**/2013 online from tvsuperstores.com. Total cost $2694.00, $2145 for tv and $549 for 5 year in-home extended warranty. I developed a problem with burn-in on the tv this April and have contacted the company many times via email and phone to no avail. My initial email was 4/**/2015. I have discussed in detail with [redacted] who is the [redacted]. He refuses to honor the warranty and does not answer any emails or phone messages.Desired Settlement: Fulfillment of paid for warranty services i.e. repair to satisfactory condition, exchange or complete refund.

Review: I called and asked them about the 75" UN75H7150 LED HDTV they had advertised on their website and, after answering a few of my questions, I told them I would talk it over with the wife and then order online if we chose to go with it. I did end up purchasing a [redacted] 75" UN75H7150 LED HDTV from them and was emailed after ordering that the order was 'pending'. I called to see if I could help with the issue and they told me that they 'don't deliver TV's over 60" to [redacted]' which was NEVER brought up at anytime during my first phone call to them, or on their website, or during the ordering process. Besides, no TV's over 60"? Why 60"? That just seems a bit odd.

When this kind of thing is done AFTER they've taken someone's credit card information it always seems to point to some kind of credit card phishing technique. Now that they have my CC number I'm nervous that I'll see all kinds of unlawful charges made to the card. There really seems to be something very dishonest going on here and should be looked into.Desired Settlement: I would ultimately like them to honor the order and send me a brand new, not refurbished since their website never claimed it was refurbished, [redacted] 75" UN75H7150 LED HDTV. Ultimately, it just all seemed very peculiar in the way they handled everything AFTER they had my CC information. Because of this I really thought it should be brought to the Revdex.com's attention.

Review: I purchased a tv from them on 11/**/15. The receipt said I would receive my tv in 7-10 business days. That time period came and went and no tv or communication from them. I sent two emails with no response. I called and the gentleman said that I had not filled out the warranty form. There was no warranty form request on my receipt and no notification upon checkout. The warranty request essentially says that I say that it is okay with me if they send me a lesser tv. He told me to look at the websites talking about Samsung Lottery...that Samsung outsources it's screens to other companies and that I would get the lower quality screen unless I wanted to pay more. Well, I wasn't going to go for their upsell. My receipt says I bought a particular model and they were telling me they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid more money.Desired Settlement: I would like to confirm the charges were reversed on my credit card.

What a disaster!!

We are having a big Superbowl party and wanted to get a new TV for the event. So I placed an order with tvsuperstore last Wednesday (they showed it being in stock) thinking I would have plenty of time (10 days) to get it here before the big day. I received a order confirmation email and was being reviewed. two days later still no confirmation on shipping so I emailed the sales desk to ask for an update still no response back to me. I had to call their customer service and informed me they were out of stock and they weren't sure when it would be in. So I had to order it from another store and pay additional freight to get it here in time for the big game.

Review: I purchased a Sharp high def 4K TV from TVsuperstores.com including a 3 year extended warranty on 1/*/15 then on 12/**/15 the TV screen went black and doesn't work any more I called once and spoke with Peter and he told me to email tech support attention Mark with the serial # and problem. It's now 1/*/16, I've emailed 4 - 5 times since my original contact and not once have I received any contact. TVsuperstores charged me $2949.00 of which $2300.00 was for the TV and additional $300.00 for what they called a Faroudia video chip they installed which I've now come to find out after contacting Sharp directly that would have had to have been installed during the TV build which wasn't done. And another $349.00 for a 3 year extended warranty which aparenty they don't intend to honor.Desired Settlement: #1. A complete refund

#2. An exchange for a new TV and a refund for the nonexistent video chip

#3. Honor the warranty and repair the TV and refund for the nonexistent chip

this company is nothing but a big rip the people off sore. They advertise a t.v. and you'll get the price on there web site but then when you call them they tell you that's a total diffent t.v. on site that you're looking for. then there try to sell you a diffent t.v. that ends up costing you a xtra $1000 .. you can't file a order with-out it costing you more and the warranty they charge you for is up to $2500 that's it. and the warranty that's you get with the t.v' from the builder is voilded . EVERYONE STAY -AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO TO [redacted]!

Review: On ** January 2015, I ordered online from TVSuperstores, a 79-inch Sony XBR-79X900B (78.6” Diagonally) 4K Ultra High Definition Smart 3D Television (4K UHD Smart 3D TV) for Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars ($4,697.00) with a free internet Blu-Ray player and free wall mount and a five year television in-home warranty for Five Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($549.99) for the total sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($5,246.99) which I paid in full.

On ** January 2015, I received an email from TVSuperstores requesting I call to the order confirmations department to complete my order for verification. On * February 2015, when I contacted TVSuperstores the sales representative stated that I could not purchase a five year warranty for the Sony XBR-79X900B as it was last year’s model, but that I could purchase this year’s model for approximately Five Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($5,349.00). I checked with Sony and determined that this was untrue; the XBR-79X900B is indeed this year’s latest model.

The same day, I sent TVSuperstores an e-mail so stating Sony’s facts and insisting TVSuperstores honor the original offer and provide me with the Sony XBR-79X900B that I originally ordered with the five year warranty. To date, I have yet to receive my order. It is my belief that TVSuperstores used a bait-and-switch sales tactic and false advertising prohibited under Article 22A, Section 350 of New York State General Business Law.Desired Settlement: 1. Delivery of the order, with billing adjustment to reflect current advertised pricing.

2. The policy and practice of offering a non-existent newer model in lieu of the correctly advertised model needs to end, immediately..

3. The non-delivery of the item shows a willful or deliberate act in not honoring the confirmed order; damages for willful or deliberate false advertising are due.

It's a bait and switch program...Got sucked in with a great price and free shipping.... Then they call! There's a problem...the manufacturer of your tv has discontinued it (they haven't) so the one you ordered has no warranty. But we've got another one we can sell you for only $1,000 more.

Ordered a TV, e-mailed them 5 days later because it wasn't confirmed (they said they would send a confirmation). Didn't hear from them for 2 days, tried calling and could not get ahold of anyone. E-mailed them back to cancel the order (now a week later) and they cancelled my order with no response.

Review: We ordered the LG 84" Class 84UB9800 (84" Diagonal) 2160P Smart W/ WEBOS 3D Ultra HD 4K TV for $5,349.00 on 11/**/2014 ([redacted]). I was emailed today 12/*/2014 that they wanted to confirm my order. When I called them, they said that they wanted to be sure that I knew that the model I bought has been discontinued and is 30% worse resolution than the newer LG version. They also stated that due to this, the LG warranty is void. They them tried to upsell me for the newer model for almost $8000. Thier argument was that the other, newer version is on their website and that it was clear that it was discontinued model because in the specifications it says "TV Display- UH Panel". They said that this is suppose to tell people that it is the discontinued model. However, the other version does not include any specifications on their website and just has an a higher price. Moreover, the model number is of the current, not the discontinued model. In addition, the TVsuperstore.com website advertisement is has the exact same picture and specifications as the LG website except that they added a "UH" next to the TV display which is not in-line with the other spcifications on the page. No where does it say "discontinued" or "warranty void". Also, when you search on the site for this model via the Internet, only the inexpensive one comes up and it is not listed on the same page as the more expensive one so it is not as if you see the expensive one which might clue you in that this is a rip-off. My husband bought this who is a [redacted] of a [redacted] company, if he could not tell, it is unlikely that the average consumer would be able to determine that this is a discontinued model and that the warranty is void.

TVsuperstore TV I bought: [redacted]includes

TVsuperstore TV they are saying is the newest model: [redacted] LG website for newest model: [redacted] I have PDFs of these pages in case they take them down.Desired Settlement: I want the original TV that we ordered at the price that I ordered it plus the free wall mount (promised as part of the deal) and overnight shipping due to the delay in us getting the TV- It was suppose to arrive within 10-14 business days of 11/**/2014. I also want all other people who bought a similar (and possibly other models) to be notified who had the same issue and they get the TV that they were suppose to also. [redacted]Just to clarify what I am requesting from the merchant, I want the newest version of the LG TV that we thought we were ordering with a full warranty from LG. [redacted]

Review: I placed an order online for the purchase of a television from TVsuperstores.com (order [redacted]). Upon questioning the store representative about the model, the order was cancelled and my credit card should not have been charged. The company tried to ship the TV after the order had been cancelled. I spoke with the shipping company and let them know the order had been cancelled. The shipper told me they had it cancelled in their system, and the TV was never delivered to my home. I have filed a dispute with [redacted] and now the Revdex.com. My credit card should not have been charged. This company is fraudulently trying to receive money for a product that was never received (for an order that had been cancelled). This company is not acting ethically regarding this transaction despite my emails/calls to resolve the situation.Desired Settlement: This company should reverse any charges on my credit card. Additionally, I hope that the management will realize that this type of behavior is not only unethical, but it is also bad for business. In an world of social media and review websites, treating clients fairly is essential to a business reputation.
